Is crucible rigged or am I having bad experiences?
Of late I've been grinding comp, and I've noticed I'll be playing amazing an going on these huge win streaks, getting matched against afks and getting matches with godly 3 stacks. Then, next thing you know I'm on a huge lose streak, getting matched against godly 3-4 stacks and getting matched with afks and match dodgers. IDK maybe I'm just unlucky.

I went from 700 glory to 1100 in one night (Not very good but IDC) don't play the next night, now I'm just now playing again, I've played 5 matches so far, in those 5 matches I've gotten 4 4-stacks and 1 3-stack, the three stack, the only winable one they were lagging so bad, shooting through walls etc... So yeah I retract my previous statements This shitty ass game is absolutely -blam!-ing rigged

Sounds about right. Connection plays a huge part of it. It’s out of your control despite the ones who say it’s your fault. Look into latency/ping, download/upload, ISP, modem/router. Don’t loose your mind over it...yet. I think the players who don’t have a problem and think everyone else sucks are in good locations.

11 AntwortenI hear you, as I get older into my 40’s I’m getting really F’n bad at PVP., I mean sometimes trash level! Lmao... but I do remember not being bad in Iron Banner... this Iron Banner is a nightmare.. sometimes I’m wondering if it’s just my skill’s diminishing or other players are all streamers? But comp is all about those win streaks... I got the weapon, it took me about a week or so and I went on 10 games win streaks and then lose 7... 😢 play early morning that was where all the try hard were still sleeping... I only had to deal with other older and noob players like myself!

I've played against a group of 6 several times in quickplay that I'm pretty sure are cheaters. They all have Luna's Howl equipped in orbit, then 2 people on my team "leave" so it's 4v6. Then they switch their weapons off of Luna's and use their number advantage to deathball. Every match I've gone up against them has ended like 6-70+ within 2 minutes. I'd be a little less skeptical if it hadn't happened every time. In comp my team either roflstomps or gets roflstomped. The few matches that are close are actually fun, or my internet just happens to shut off in the clutch round. The matchmaking in this game is garbage.

The skill bracket is so wide your constantly in limbo like that. It's just an absolutely terrible system.

Standard and Comp feel the same to me. Team balance is hit and miss if you’re running solo

It’s always been like that, even in D1. If you perform too well for a while, you will get thrown into some devastating matches where you get steam rolled for a while, and then the cycle continues.

The game is rigged in the sense that it's matchmaking is basically nonexistent and doesn't make fair matches. Bungie failling isn't something new or surprising. They honestly are -blam!-ing terrible at making PvP actually balanced in any sense of the word.

I'm pretty sure the game balances teams to ensure a 1:1 win loss ratio, it's so much fun wow

2 AntwortenThe crucible is an overall piece of shit now following the significant changes in recent seasons. Overall it’s designed to stack teams, lends itself to terrible lag, and gameplay sucks given the supers and weapons are all unbalanced. The game designers -blam!-ed up. It was a great time, now it’s garbage. I’m moving away from Destiny to a new game. I’ve heard lots of great feedback on the latest Call of Duty and also have a few friends playing Battlefield V (supposed to be decent). Anyway if you looking for an overall good experience in PVP Destiny isn’t it.

After a 125 to 80 loss the next game often is an ongoing game 4 vs 6. Then up against a fire team. Then there is that game that could be won, if only there were not 2 players that don't know they are playing control and only capture points by accident. No control of the map, being flanked all the time. Whatever matchmaking systems are active in Iron Banner, it is an abomination.

It's a similar mechanic to fifa. I believe it goes on your last 5 matches.. If you've won all 5, it will put you against a other team which are on a 5 win streak etc...

5 AntwortenYou’re more than likely at your skill ceiling. Once you’ve gone on a win streak and gain a considerable amount of points you start matching better players. They’re either better than you or you can’t consistently play at that level resulting in a loss streak back to you skill ceiling. Essentially, you need to get better to keep progressing your rank.

I'm convinced that the people your matched with that are within your rank is set to within 5200 points. Anything out side of that you won't face...

The 3 people on your team are about as dumb as a block of molded wood who couldn't hit a target an inch away from their face, but the other team acts like they all sitting shoulder to shoulder in a garage with 12 different monitors, IV drips of G-Fuel and Mt. Dew hooked up to each of them. Like come on, we are all about 150 points away from Fabled.. y'all couldn't have gotten this far being this numb. So much for balanced teams 🙂

Before year two I could get 10 to 20 kills per match with normal weapons and having a very diverse team. Now the few weapons I don’t have are trolling me. The new match making made me stop playing crucibles.

It’s definitely rigged, it gives me Christmas noobs vs average players that main hunters. Then if there’s a fireteam of noobs/gambit players 100% of the time they are on my team and then if there’s a team of one word names that wear the heart emblem or exclusive emblem they are the opposing team. Noobs with a god player vs average wannabes lmao that’s some quality matchmaking.
