Transponder Signal Lost (Quest Step) Will not Complete
Basically I have tried to complete this step on Nesus 2 times just to make sure I wasn't nuts. After standing in the circles to make the spire heroic and completing it as the quest requires. The quest simply does not complete so I can not unlock the 3rd forge.
