So this all started a few days after forsaken came out, and Ive been trying to get in contact with someone to help me, and someone did. But they just say I needed to clear my cache. And I did so, well Ive tried serval things like, trying my profile on another console, reinstalling Destiny 2, even clearing my whole entire xbox, reseting it, even went to Microsoft and they said this issue is on y'alls end and wanted me to try again awhile back but no one helps me. The problem Im having is, once I click my character, It takes me to a complete black screen, stays there for about proximity 3 mins, and knocks me off the game onto xbox dashboard. Like I just wanna play on my account already, I had so much progress. Bungie please give me some assistance here and take a look at my profile. I have playstation synced with it and it works on there just not on xbox for some strange reason.
