I have a feeling that if Nintendo we're going to add more third party characters into Smash Ultimate, they would only add in Japanese third party characters. Seeing Shovelknight, Shante, Rayman, and the Rabbids being represented sort of brings hope for Western third party characters. I really hope I'm wrong about the Japanese only third party characters though.
