It's an annual pass, not a 'DLC' if you were expecting something else you must have been inhaling something because it was never advertised as that.

Its dlc bro you're paying extra money for extra activities to expand the game and endgame content. Thing is we got a lot less with the annual pass than what we did get in the season pass for vanilla d2. We even got somewhat of a story in year 1 and it cost less.

Was there Content? Did it have to be downloaded? Then its a DLC, no matter what semantic game bungie wants to play.

A patch is content, all content is content. The point is it was very clear to me this want you going to be anything much, at least not for a while. If you read the roadmap it's there to see and Bungie deliberately didn't call it s DLC so people wouldn't try to make a like for like comparison, but it doesn't seem to have stopped most of you.

Its downloadable content that had to be paid for, the whole "you can't be mad because Bungie didn't call it a DLC" might be the dumbest argument on the internet today. And for the record, I am not upset by or complaining about this DLC, just pointing out the pure ridiculousness of saying this isn't a DLC when it clearly is just because Bungie is playing a semantic game.

Plus you don't have to project your issues with Bungie onto others, it's your version of how you see them, not everyones. I know I will get the value from my money spent doing the new raid.

What they call it is just marketing at the end of the day, but as previously stated for them not to call it a dlc or expansion pass should trigger most into thinking there's going to be less content, well it worked for me as I had low expectations.

You can call your cat whatever you want however it's a bad analogy when we all had access to the roadmap to see what is and isn't coming, some people chose to make their own interpretation of it as is evident with all the moaning on here. I had no elusons that things were going to be lean, so rather than whinging on here, I'm getting on with leveling my toons up for the raid.

Crap argument though, it's not and never was advertised as a 'Bungie DLC' as they historically have been, we all know that so I don't get why people are expecting a significant portion of content in one drop. I knew before I bought the annual pass I was going to get drip fed content, not a DLC like previous ones, the fact that people are calling it that and clearly expecting that when it was never advertised ever as being the same thing is just plain daft.

People are mad because of the way they advertised it. It’s like being promised a new raid to run on such and such date and when that date comes you find out it’ll take two more weeks to be high enough to run it. They absolutely led people to believe day one would be full of stuff to do. Other than work a bounty that can’t even be completed there was nothing new.

I'm not buying this either, sorry. But I didn't expect after Last Wish dropped to be able to run the raid right away and the same for this. The reality is, they said very little about forthcoming content beyond the roadmap, therefore I had very low expectations of this and therefore didn't feel the need to get upset about any of this.
