The issue isn't with the activities themselves, but the rate at which we will get to and be able to complete said events.
The first forge should have been 585-590 in order to complete the quest for the machine gun and boost player engagement, along with giving players going into black armory a taste of what is to come instead of more senseless grind. Bungie needed to give players a nip at the carrot they are hovering in their faces to keep them interested.
Now, due to many players being teased with a quest and not being able to complete said quest, player engagement is dropping. To remedy this, they should:
*this is a list of "and/or" options for the 1st level forge ONLY
-lower the light level to 585 scaling to 600
-have matchmaking que 4 people instead of 3
-increase the timer to 90 seconds
-increase the time added per charge to 3-5 seconds
-change yellow bar enemies to orange bars, and orange bars to red bars
-reduce the amount of charges needed from 20 to 15
-reduce the amount of adds that spawn
These are a few options that are worth looking at, I'm not saying to implement all of these, as that would make the encounter much too easy. A few or even only one would suffice.
I understand these forges are supposed to be end game content, but making the first encounter as it stands is frustrating and dissapointing for a majority of the player base, who wanted a taste of what the Black Armory had to offer, not another grind of the same content we've seen for 3 months now.

2 AntwortenNo, 585-590 would have been too easy for those already at 600 considering we are likely to be 610 by the end of the week possibly higher

They should have left the cap imo and scaled the difficulty to that
