Timegates, grind quest in old public areas, artificial forge difficulty through level...
Wow.
Big fail.
You should be ashamed, Bungie.
Edit:
Wow, it seems I'm not alone here!

The only thing i dont agree with is grind quests in old places, i actually think thats a good thing because theres absolutely no reason to go on them aside from wanted\scraped bounties, so its nice old planets are getting content. i just wish that every planet got a dreaming city overhaul with all the secrets\weekly changes and if every vendor rotated daily and weekly keeping things fresh then i think destiny 2 would be in a more than great spot, but for now it just feels very bland. forsaken helped but it wasnt nearly enough.

7 AntwortenBearbeitet von jokefacekillah3: 12/6/2018 9:16:23 AMDo you guys hear how ridiculous you all sound. It has been out for a day, we have yet to use any of the forge weapons or black armory exotics, yet you still are calling it a fail. So what if we have to grind more of the Forsaken stuff. Which, up until yesterday, was known as the DLC that brought Destiny 2 back. Now you all are mad that you still have to play it to grind power level? I personally like the fact that we will be drip fed content throughout the season of the forge. Give it time guys for christ sakes, or at least until we all level up and get to beat the forges. Then post your opinions Edit: Well guys i guess bungie was listening because they already drpped the light requirement on each round by 5 light. So get into the forge.

1 AntwortenI don’t get it? You are on nearly everyday and yet you come on here being negative?
-
2 AntwortenDude in case you missed it destiny has been a shit show since day one year one.
-
5 AntwortenWhile I'm not prepared as of yet to declare the whole DLC garbage, I agree with the rest of what you said. I haven't purchased the pass, and at this juncture, I wouldn't recommend anyone else who hasn't do so. And given that I'm a 3500-hour player who's pumped about $500 into Destiny and D2 over the last few years, that's telling. Bungie needs to execute some very quick damage control.

2 AntwortenBlack Armory, the game where you pay for Destiny 1 guns, and New Content revolves around grinding Old Content Bungie Logic...
-
5 AntwortenOh NO NO NO! Not an horrible grind, with endgame??? Nooo!! Go back to Fortnite, crybaby
-
So it's bad because you are underlevellef? Easy when overlevelled... Can't please everyone.
-
It’s what we were promised
-
30 AntwortenWhat's the matter you can't do endgame content on day one of the launch? WELL SUCK IT YOU'RE NOT SUPPOSED TO ITS ENDGAME
-
39 AntwortenNo, it’s end game content. Grind to get there. You don’t get everything for free
-
It’s simple if you don’t like it go play something else.
-
3 AntwortenAll of you guys are -blam!-ing -blam!- if you didn't understand what Black Armory was going to be in the first place. When they released what it was going to be what like two weeks ago it was pretty clear that they were going to do the standard DLC update that we've been used to. They dictated that they were going to try something different this time around. Omg, use your -blam!-ing brains people.
-
It´s not even woth calling a DLC!
-
5 Antworten..and still you see people defending this mess!
-
Stop calling it end game content, because end game content should be dropping multiple +5 items, and i'm pretty sure this doesn't do that. I haven't done it yet because i don't feel like grinding the same crap for another week or two to get high enough to do it easily, but i'm sure it's just another blind well dropping one mediocre drop a week.
-
You tell'em brother.👍
-
20 AntwortenAfter buying it, it really should have been free lol Even the free updates to SWBF2 had more content.
-
7 AntwortenFirst forge should have been 580 or 590, then each subsequent activity ramps up in LL. I don't understand who plans all this at Bungie but they have no clue.
-
it's literal dog shit
-
complete and utter shit show.

5 AntwortenBearbeitet von Adeptus-Tirpicus: 12/5/2018 6:29:39 PMMy only complaint really pertains to the one thing no one seems to be able to control (streamers excepted). RNG. I'm 604, I think. But if I hit a run of miss hits on drops, duplicates, etc; then my timing now takes another week to be more relevant in the Forges. I also run afoul of LFG requirements challenges, even if I make my own. Here's the rub. I AM the Hardcore player. I average 4 hours a day, if I can. It still took a while to get to 600 from RNG fails. They happen a lot. I'll play it anyways, but I do think a starter Forge to get the players familiarized would have been received a lot better than this deployment. Grind. Grind never changes.

Artificial difficulty, that’s what this game has become. God forbid we are able to play new content when it comes out. Shit, I still most of the Forsaken exotics and now I have to start more tedious grinds? Ugh, do not even feel like logging back in.

Day 2..... and people already think they know enough about Black Armory to make these broad, all encompassing statements. You have a first impression, that's it. And it's fine if you don't like it, but it isn't valid to say the entire DLC is "shite". Personally, If it's still interesting when i get to 650 is more important to me than if it's immediately rewarding and I have everything after the first week. I would laugh at these people if it wasn't so sad.

9 Antworteneveryone knew what this was gonna be going in . Not a story driven expansion with a campaign, And at the same time i will admit they were not very clear on the precise nature of what it was . Also let me add (I believe) this content is made to last. And here is my point . Usually when new content drops WE.. the community burns through it in a matter of hours. Let me explain. COO was pure crap, yet we burned through it in a few hours and then said DAM.. that's it Warmind was kinda.. MEH. But we burned through it in a few hours. another example . Breakneck was suppose to take a season to get and earn and yet (myself included) obtained that in one day. Also some people already have , Mountain top. and Loaded question. We as a community burn through the content as fast as they put it out then when we finish were like , This game is shit there is nothing to do. So to remedy this and to cater to the hard core and casual base bungie decided to stretch out content by inflating power levels and time gating content. It's more important to me as someone who Plays every day after work to have something to do. I do not want just to do milestones every tuesday then not come back til next week. The forge is something to work towards and to enjoy as you progress. I will bet the next forge will have a higher power level requirement and also the next and so on , It's made for longevity

I do like some timegated things, but this dlc seems to have too many.
