Yea, and that would be up to a court decide. If there wasn't foreign or injected code running, or network related events then the op has a right to a refund at minimum and possibly wages. Which Bungie/Blizzard would most likely try to settle out of court if that was proven. Besides ToS don't always always hold up in courts. I'm done responding to a fanboy as well.
