I've got a 2080ti here, also tried my 780ti for comparison and the problem persists on both. It does seem to become more noticeable after driver updates but regardless its an issue unique to only this game and makes it unplayable. Its disgusting there's been no acknowledgement on Bungees end of any issues so I guess it must be "working as intended."
