They could have tied it to an additional quest step like Polaris Lance. But no, they tied it to a Prestige Raid Lair. I can understand the Acrius catalyst coming from Prestige Leviathan, but putting the catalyst of a gun that has nothing to do with the raid in the raid is just dumb.

The sleeper is pretty much built for raiding barely anyone used for anything else in D1 besides raiding and if you're so upset about non raid weapon's catalyst being tied to the raid why are you complaining about the telesto catalyst
