Hey, I was going to make a refer a friend link then realized I had just bought it myself. On the help for RaF it says 7 days time from buying the game you can still use it. I bought it 10/23 and am unable to click it. I've been looking for a while and can't understand why it isn't working.

If this is correct then you are considered a "new" player and not a "veteran." This would mean that you need to have a veteran player send you a link to join, as you yourself cannot refer anyone until after November 7th. Quote from Bungie about grace peiord: "October New Player Grace Period: Players that purchased Destiny 2: Forsaken between October 16 and October 30, 2018 will be eligible to participate in the Refer-A-Friend promotion as a New Player until November 7, 2018." After this date you will be able to refer someone else yourself as a "veteran." If you and your friend are looking to do the quest feel free to use my link and I'll hit you up. I can create a second link as well for your friend and both of you will get the rewards. I'm looking to do the quest to help someone my self.

3 AntwortenBearbeitet von Just Dan: 10/30/2018 6:42:10 PMHello. Today would be day 8 of ownership. You have to account for October 23rd as being day 1. https://www.bungie.net/en/Help/Article/47346
Veteran Player Requirements A Veteran Player is any player who owns Destiny 2: Forsaken. Veteran Players may invite New Players for the Refer-a-Friend promotion. New Player Requirements A New Player is any player who does not own Destiny 2: Forsaken, or has owned it for less than 7 days. Once a player has owned Destiny 2: Forsaken for longer than 7 days, they are no longer eligible to be referred for the Refer-a-Friend promotion. The 7 day eligibility window begins after a New Player first signs in to Destiny 2: Forsaken after purchase.
