If everything is so certain, why has Kemp refused to resign as Secretary of State, or even recuse himself from oversight of elections. Additionally, it's very suspicious that 73% of the 50K voter registrations which have been held up by Kemp's office are registrations from minority voters. Further, it seems all this started around the time Abrams began gaining in all the polls. If Kemp's election is assured, wouldn't he want to do everything to make the process apprear beyond question? Why open himself to accussations vote rigging to if Abrams has no chance of winning. It certainly raises questions that various officials, from both parties, have called for Kemp to take a leave from his position overseeing elections, but he has consistently refused to so. This is a definite conflict of interest, and shows a serious lack of ethics.
