Same issue. Opened bundle from my inventory, got nothing on both bundles.

Could you have possibly chosen the refund option? Did you happen to record this occurring?

That is a possibilty.

Ok. You may want to check your eververse purchase history on app/website to see if that tells you if it was refunded instead of opened.
