You should report this user to Sony, especially if you have clear evidence in addition to blocking them.

Good. Both Sony and Microsoft tend to take reports of harassment a little more serious than an individual game developer. Sorry that you had to and have to deal with shit like this. Shame that this mentality is still very prevalent in today's society.
