Not sure since i dont do gambit often enough. but maybe check the requirements again.

I found my emblem they put it in the sub-menu of one of the other emblems you get from Gambit. I only found it in them cuz I was looking through all the sub- menus for all the emblems

The requirements are kill the boss lmao. And it's a secret achievement. I even seen the emblem pop up beside the quest item they give you for killing it.
