Hello, This is the same issue that occurs when using Destiny Item Manager. The other day the guys from DIM gave a good description of what's happening, "When you pull those items, they have an in-game side-effect that can't be triggered from the API, such as a dialog trigger. So for those items, you have to get them in game. Same thing for engrams." I believe this also applies to using the Bungie Companion app. Although, if the problem still occurs, for example simply pulling missed materials from the postmaster that don't have dialog cues, then it could be an issue within the app itself. If you still continue to have issues with the companion app you might try out some of the other options out there for gear management. For mobile app I have Ishtar Commander, it's been good to me since D1 days. Although, normally I have my PC next to me with Destiny Item Manager open on a browser. Hope this help!
