Not only should cores go away from infusion, these "soft caps" need to go. I'm all for the grind, I actually welcome it, but please fix the POWERFUL engram drops to drop powerful rewards , not below power level.

31 AntwortenBungie, these solutions are not enough. Masterwork cores should just be removed. It makes so much more sense than adding another currency to an already complicated economy. And exotics. What good does reducing the chance of a duplicate do when I can't get ANY to drop in the first place? And when quest exotics still get put in the loot pool? Please listen to common sense and just increase the drop rates with duplicate protection and taking out the quest exotics

So all you fools in the comments are only focusing on Bungie changing the name of MC's, but fail to recognize their place in the economy and the fact Bungie is going to ADD more ways to earn them. High infusion costs are a MUST. Otherwise we're back at vanilla D2--finishing everything, and being max LL in a week of play... infusion is supposed to be a well-planned thing, not "oh I got a 567, I'll infuse it into my 566...oh I got a 568, I'll infuse it into my 567...". Everyone warned that you needed to stockpile cores and mod components weeks before forsaken released. Now your incompetence has come to bite you in the butt...and I have less than 10 cores at the moment, and started with 62...because I stock piled for a week, and planned each infusion...and it worked out. I'm only now slowing down at 569, having to plan more to infuse. More opportunities to earn cores means I can plan a little less than what I expected. It's a welcome change to a decent system.

8 AntwortenAm I the only one that thinks this whole “Destiny as a hobby” is a terrible thing? I don’t want a video game that is a hobby that feels like I absolutely must be on for 8+ hours a day if I want to get anywhere. I want a video game that’s fun to play, that can be rewarding in an hour of playtime a night and not make my social life suffer chasing duplicates. I honestly think this new trend is bad for video gamers, and only good for the greedy scumbags that are making them.

My only real issue is the exotic drop rates. I'm not getting enough powerful gear fast enough to really care about cores atm, since I only need 2 at a time and by the time a fix should drop I should have more investment in them. My biggest complaint is that they said "increase the chance of not receiving duplicate exotics" They used this term a lot in D1 and until they completely remove the chance to receive duplicates I don't really trust their ability to apply numbers correctly.

4 AntwortenStay off infusion with Masterwork Cores! Players that complain are not even casual players. Everyone can buy resources from Spider and turn them in for the weapons/ armor. Which they can dismantle. Many times they get masterorked armor/ weapons. Dismantle those and you get Masterwork Cores.

1 AntwortenDestiny 2 is at a good place right now! GJ Bungie!! Now please give us solo queues for Quickplay, Gambit, Competitive. Or make it so that teams of same sizes match only teams of same size. And solo players are fillers or put in a separate game if no teams are queing up. And matchmaking for Nightfall would be sweet. At least the standard version. And a queue for EP and Bling Well would be amazing.

3 AntwortenEveryone focusing on MW cores but missing the other point: exotic drop rates. Not just duplicates, but exotics as a whole. Many players have yet to see a single exotic, let alone a Y2 exotic, since Forsaken launched. What is Bungie's solution? You are less likely to receive a duplicate. What about actually getting exotics?

2 Antworten"Infusion and Masterwork should not be mutually exclusive" Why not? They aren't the same thing. Infusion helps me to use that weapon at my light level and decide if I want to spend the resources and time to masterwork. Masterwork is taking that weapon to its max potential. Infusion is just making it usable. In my opinion.

Renaming masterwork cores... That’s gonna cause some problems for the next gen who don’t know what a masterwork core is when everyone is labelling them as that.

I've been playing gambit hours on end trying to see that ascendant servitor and it hasn't shown up. Buff that rate of appearance for the servitor, it's awfully low. It's bad enough no one is getting exotics anymore at all. Like, thanks for listening that exotics were too common, but when the community said it I'm pretty sure they didn't mean make it a myth hardly anyone has seen. Just my thoughts...

3 exotic drops tonight, my first 3 in over two weeks. All 3 were year 1 duplicates. I’m cool with getting one exotic every couple weeks, but please at least make them something new. I paid for new content, I would actually like to play it.

1 AntwortenAll chests in all locations all give glimmer and planet material what is the point opening a chest. Glimmer is the only thing that earn all the time. PVP bounties to get melee kills is hard. Gambit bounties to get motes when other team rush to get the motes or don’t revive you. Need better bounties for gambit that are doable... Now to complete a bounty with full set armor is hard to get and can’t re-buy a part in the collection tab in armor is stupid. Blind well rewards from chest is nothing just the crystal and planet material. I am full with dark crystal 200 max . Bungie need to add other rewards in chests. Why most exotic quests involve PvP and have to o get head shots is hard. I play PvP but hand cannon are not good in D2 but in D1 hand cannons were good and I’m not good PvP player. Secret chests in dreaming city are not spawning and some of them try to get it for Petra bounty but the ledge just stop spawning as I follow the way I see in YouTube videos. Turning heroic public events should reward better stuff.
