I ended up locking up the end of the Scorned campaign mission. After defeating the Son of the Fanatic, the waypoint still wanted me to enter the room. The Fanatic was standing behind the forcefield, and the mission would not end. In case anyone else runs into this, I fixed it by standing on top of one of the fire pillars until I died. It respawned me outside, then Rejoined Allies as I walked back in. Then the mission ended.
