Locking the first week of the raid to no lives and streamers who get paid to play the game is a kick in the balls for most of the playerbase. Not to mention the 3rd subclass is locked behind the raid as well.

2 AntwortenThe 3rd subclass is NOT locked behind the raid. They have said there are other ways to get it.

13 AntwortenWhat got me upset was Bungie took upon themselves to raise the light lvl to the raid due to people exploiting the prime engram cheat. That move exclude a whole lot of people from taking part in the raid. I was like I’m 530 at the time of the raid and was looking forward to it but nope...

If everyone left the game, bungie would only have like 20 streamers, youtubers and their you know what in their hand. They need to wake up

Upvote buddy just because you triggered them sweaty tryhards 👍

YOU DONT HAVE TO FINISH IT THE FIRST DAY. The raid will be here by the time you reach a high enough light to do well throughout so try then.

1 AntwortenWent from too easy to too hard So much for just kicking back with a brew, some munchies and chilling Feeling like it's all got way to serious
-
2 AntwortenYea this was exceptiaonally disappointing. I mean literally nobody but streamers was raid ready. Most people are still another week out maybe 2 from being raid ready. I understand that in reality its probably gonna be a team of streamers that gets world first. To make it so that nobody but streamers really had a chance is just ridiculous. Also I dont think the 3rd subclass will stay locked behind the raid. That would be insane, I think they'll make it available through other ways in the game.
-
2 AntwortenIt's simply the raid launch, world's first race. Has existed since VoG. Why so many upset by this? Grind up, get your team raid ready, and have a go. Are you pissed because they decided to give away real life prizes and not just in game rewards, or something? I don't get this anger. It's not like the raid was only available for the first 24 hours or first week. It's still there waiting for you to try.
-
1 Antworten1. That's how a raid should be. Stop being entitled. 2. The 3rd subclass isn't locked to the raid. Cosmo confirmed this on Twitter.
-
2 AntwortenWhil I think they should have released it a little later, in all honesty who really cares, does someone else beating a raid first really change anything or ruin anyone's enjoyment/experiece of the game?!? Its not going anywhere If the answer to that is yes you seriously need to rethink your priorities, it's just a game.

What's wrong with waiting a few weeks? There's no new raid lair for several months. You have plenty of time to clear this raid. Stop sooking.
-
Of course, who do you think the pr team is? You thought it was deej, Cosmo and dog? Haha no. It has been the streamers all along.
-
God forbid someone is a casual player. Bungie's gotta keep those streamers happy so they can keep getting those good reviews and free advertising.

5 AntwortenEspecially sucks because if you don't complete it first week you can never attempt it again, oh wait it's there now for as long as the games still going, I'll try it in a few weeks maybe.

1 AntwortenI hate bungie since destiny 2. But how is locking a third sub class behind a raid any different from locking a secret character behind the campaign? If you have to beat the raid to unlock a subclass, what’s wrong with that??
-
"I'm too weak to play the raid and its bungie's fault!" Also with the third seed of light concept, maybe if you can't do the raid you dont deserve a third new subclass?
-
3 AntwortenWhy the hate for streamers? Shut the hell up and play the game.
-
3rd subclass is not locked behind the raid. I did Tier 4 Blind Well, and got a third seed of light. Try again.
-
i just posted about this as well bungie really needs to hear about this... It is not fair!!!!!!
-
I usually dont do the raid for a other month or two.
-
Games been out for less than a month...why would it benefit bungie to give you the ability to beat the hardest and most important segment of a game within the first two weeks? Logically if your crying about not having the time to devote like the streamers so you want bungie to accommodate that...then in a month when you have beaten it multiple times already why would you keep playing...? You have a life so you'll move on....BUT if they don't and it takes you a month or so to get to the point to attempt...you'll be around a lot longer. It makes sense. NO GAME that is an RPG or close to an mmo will give you that ability to beat it like this in a two week span as a casual player.

3 AntwortenRaids are the hardest activity in the game. Its either you can do it or can't. I played weekends only back in D1 except for when on break. I managed to get all 3 characters max power each DLC in a decent amount of time and I've cleared each raid multiple times on normal and hard. I don't play the game for a living and Im not a highly skilled player, I'd say Im in between that and average. But seriously if you're complaining about not being able to do the hardest activity in the game then suck it up. It's not meant to be cleared by everyone, otherwise it wouldn't be difficult. And if you paid more attention instead of whining you'd see that the 3rd seed of light is going to have other sources. Having it locked behind the raid though isn't that bad. While I'd prefer to see it as a quest I have 0 issue with it being locked behind the raid. A subclass is more powerful than any weapon pretty much so having to work for something that powerful, especially when you already can get two with minimal effort isn't a big deal. I had two subclasses unlocked on the first day. Its really not difficult. As far as gearing up for the raid goes because "it's designed for people who play for a living" I got to 516 day one and 522 on that Friday. Got half way done with step 1 of Redrix's Broadsword without even really trying, add on I explored the Dreaming City for hours, got Ace of Spades, Chaperone, and a bunch of other stuff. I did all this stuff in the time frame of 10:45am-7pm Tuesday and about 16 or so combined hours from Fri-Sun. Once again, not that difficult

Good lord quit crying. Raids aren't supposed to be easy.
