I actually love that they did this. It makes it so everyone has to try the raid, if they like it then they will keep raiding. If not then they will get their seed and go. Finding a competent fire team for one of the easier encounters is not hard and.

I cant help but to feel bad about this. Personally I should have all 3 of my characters done in the next week but knowing others will be unable to do so as well as experience the new subclasses or have them unlocked for other activities makes me wonder what bungie was thinking. I'll try to help as many as I can and I encourage others to do so, however this new raid wont be for everyone and nor should it, but to locked a final subclass behind it is very devious.

50 AntwortenIf it is the only way to get the third subclass, they should have been up front before the expansion came out. I wouldn’t have bought it. Supers have NEVER been locked behind end game activities.

I'm a busy father of two young kids. Thanks Bungie for putting the seed at the very first encounter. That's usually as far as I get. Lol.

Do I mind? No. Do I think that it is probably not the best decision? Yes.

How about you settle down. There are many more activities coming over the next few weeks. How do you know the seed can't drop from any of the other activities? That's right, you don't.

2 AntwortenHAHAHAHA so glad I learned from my mistake of buying the D2 Deluxe Edition upfront and skipped this expansion. Bungie hates those of us with small clans who frequently have to play solo.

I don't know why people are getting so worked up about this. Even if it's the only way at the very moment to get your third subclass, it was just a bonus reward for those first raiding. They'll add other ways to obtain it (though likely through very annoying and low % RNG; not like that's new with Bungie) within the next few weeks, if it isn't already possible. They've actually made the game very solo friendly with Forsaken overall; I very seriously doubt they were ever going to permanently lock the third subclass behind a 'raid' wall, especially considering they know literally less than 10% players (that's rounding high) ever play the raid.
