Do you need to be [b]at[/b] the rank of Fabled in the second-to-last step (before talking to Shaxx) or do you just have to have [b]reached[/b] Fabled? In other words, if I grind out Fabled rank, then work on hand cannon kills, etc. and don't ever win another match, could I still get Luna's Howl? (Terrible hypothetical situation, but let's roll with it.) I've read conflicting stories and am looking for something definitive. Anybody know?
