Why pay to gamble on another disappointment?
Suppose I want to go out with someone, and they tell me "You don't have to go anywhere fancy, I'm just like any other person." Now suppose I go out on 2 dates with them, and they are TERRIBLE, not only do they just mimic what I say, but when I try to find a deeper layer of personality, I'm just met with a mirror. Then, when I'm finally ready to give up, they look right at me and say "I'll be better for you, everything you want, but you have to take me out to fancy dinners and buy me top of the line everything."
This is exactly how I feel about your DLC and now Season Passes for Destiny 2. Why should I be paying any amount of money when all you've shown me is disappointment? Why would I want more "Ocean wide, puddle deep" and spending the same amount as buying another game just to get what I should've gotten almost two years ago. I wanted to believe, and I wanted this game to be great, but all I've gotten is disappointment. Now I'm being told that in order to fix this, I have to purchase the game again and then continue to pay for it when I've not been shown any relief for the grief I got for spending any money on this.
In conclusion, why should I gamble on something that could be just as disappointing as the rest of your content? I don't believe I should have to pay for something that was released unfinished, requiring me to pay premiums to patch/update what should've been fixed before release.

You didn't need to pay a dime to get all the patches that affect game balance at all. Yes, Bungie released the game changing updates alongside new content but you still enjoy the fixes for the game FOR FREE. Foresaken has overall been a great expansion, better than TTK some say. Its a good fix for the game... but it does show that Bungie need more time to develop content to make it of high quality. They need more breathing room, when they have it, they deliever. When they don't... we get Curse of Osiris.

1 AntwortenFirst of all you don't [i]have[/i] to buy the year 2 season pass. They aren't forcing you whatsoever. And disappointing content? Maybe for you. Most of the fan-base likes the dlcs, especially Forsaken (Except CoO. We don't talk about that one.).
