A couple of my buddies and I were talking about this with the new sandbox changes and I was wondering what you all thought. With shoulder chargers being back to a one hit kill I was thinking precision knife hits should be a one hit too. I think if your good enough to land that headshot with a knife you deserve the kill. What do you all think?

They should add a perk to Ophidia Spathe that quadruples throwing knife precision damage, that way you have to spec into OHK throwing knife.
-
Only if you get an instant death from being stuck by a grenade. That still annoys me...
-
2 AntwortenI think it definitely should be. It's not fair for titans to get a one hit melee by running at people, when throwing a flaming knife directly into a person's eye barely does half their shield.
-
2 AntwortenTitan’s have a one shot melee, but it’s not a ranged attack. This isn’t a good idea. Let the titans have their fun. You hunters were the meta for the last year. This would be crazy OP.
-
Well it makes sense to be honest why should i have to deal with the op shoulder charge that can kill me in one hit its stupid they brought that back and sooner or later it will be nerfed but if not a knife to the head should be a insta kill if ramming into someone is

Bearbeitet von The Vigilante: 9/7/2018 2:48:57 PMAnyone with good aim can land a precision knife on a moving target. I’ve been a Hunter main since Day One D1 and i’d say no to a one-shot knife, super OP for anyone with skill.
-
This ain’t call of duty -_- it is not needed at all
-
You think you want this, but you don't
-
No, but I think it should do a little more damage.
-
Yes and warlock sticky should be one hit.
-
Yeah let's put even more one hit kills in the game. That'll be super healthy for the meta and nobody will have a problem with it at all in a heavily aim assisted game. You guys keep trying so hard to bring the game back to D1 when you dont even realize D2s weapon system and balancing exist because you whined about d1.
-
You mean they’re not already? I’ve been killed a few times by them.
-
PLEASE yes. People that say that it's easy to use throwing knives are wrong. If you are precise enough to hit a headshot with that tiny knife, then you should be rewarded for it.
-
6 AntwortenKnife was never a one shot kill in D1. A titan needs to get in shotgun range to shoulder charge. Hunter does not to hit with the knife.
-
No. I would only say yes if it had 0 aim assist.
-
you dont have to close distance its not risky and you cant just duck into cover again. it should do more damage but not one hit
-
What about the new titan hammer? Wouldn’t that make titans OP?
-
“A knife, thrown just right, can accomplish wonderful things.” Cayde-6
He said it himself, git gud.
As a hunter main. NO. But it should be close. Body hit should be 100. Crit should be 170......not 40.
-
1 AntwortenBearbeitet von domenico: 9/6/2018 7:27:43 PMIf other classes had a OHKO sticky grenade, then yes. Tripmine doesn’t even do that...
-
I'm fine with it as long as solarlocks get there burn back
-
Warlocks need devour buffed so it gives you instant full health AND overshield. Nothing is OP if everything is OP!
-
No, but it should do more damage than it currently does.
-
No, it shouldn’t be a one shot kill. A long ranged one shot kill knife wouldn’t be good for pvp. I know you’re upset titans get a one shot melee, but that doesn’t mean everybody should have one.

>Knock the enemy shield off. >Connect with throwing knife. >Profit.

Hc 2 tap amd throwing knife to finish kill is fine......1 hit tk kill not ok......n yeah titans can shoulder charge....but hunters can gamblers dodge. There's a throwing knife exotic and then there's the double dodge exotic
