No matter how good the "Forsaken" update is, I don't believe competitive can take off without radar.
-
Pls no. I don't want to return to the easy peasy teamshot meta.
-
12 AntwortenNo radar = promoting camping Hardly comp, there's a reason "spooky trials" only happened twice However comp shouldn't just be 2 gamemodes either, it should have all of them, don't see why it has to play like trials
-
4 AntwortenNo radar makes things more fun and competitive in my opinion. Watch your corners and communicate
-
3 AntwortenIt's funny how much people rely on radar, it's pathetic
No matter how good the "Forsaken" update is, I don't believe competitive can take off without radar.
So what exactly is going to make it competitive?
-
The whole reason I play destiny is because the crucible and raids and raids are better atm is because we have this thing called a radar its this thing in the corner that marks where opponents are if you have heard of it then you will know how good it is when you are making plays in crucible and raids, without a radar we just play too slow and make plays that have no thought process behind them, absolute joke.

radar = promotes more aggressive playstyles and gunfights no radar = promotes more passive playstyles and luck
-
3 AntwortenGimme a radar that let's me know where my allies are. That's all I want
-
Threat detector bby
-
Yeah Radar was ok. But Hawkeye and Clinger were my favorite...
-
They're bringing radar back wtf are you talking about
-
5 AntwortenI understood why they removed it in the current meta and it played fine. That being said, with the coming weapon slot and ammo changes the game will need radar. Before you were able to determine who had snipers/shotguns through gameplay but that's no longer the case. Campers should be punished not encouraged. I just think having radar promotes aggressive play and makes the game more accessible.

From the footage we have seen it looks to have been brought back

1 AntwortenMost comp games don’t have radar...
-
4 Antwortenradar makes it easier for teams on comms to crush solos. plain and simple.
-
Get good
-
I dont care about the PvP radar issue.. I want a GOOD radar back for PvE. Its horribly inconsistent, and unreliable. Might as well be playing without radar all the time.
-
I'd much rather have no radar. It's easier to flank. I push more and play faster with no radar.
-
Iam whit You ! The dlc looks awsome, all the things bungie should have Done when They realesed D2. Now i want the radar back and that would bee the perfekt game!
-
4 AntwortenI’m just curious as to why people like no radar. I believe when you and your opponent know where each other are it comes down to the best shot (or group of shots). Also can there be a “Glory Protection” for when people leave games because it is very unfair and difficult to fight those battles. I was going to start running comp in a team of 4 now just cause Comp Matchmaking is god awful lol. I never thought I would get a 5 game loss streak but either I versed kids with a 3.0 KA/D on their emblem or my teammates left.

1 AntwortenJust putting this out there, but git gud scrub?
-
5 AntwortenThey need to fix the INSANELY long queue times in competitive. If I spend more time in orbit then playing your mode, it’s a pretty F’d up deal.
-
Here, have some Radar Tuner weapon mod. Almost as good as in Destiny.
-
If you know the map and how predictable people can be on that map, it should never be a problem. Especially if you have a good headset, which you should if you’re trying to be competitive.

1 AntwortenI say leave it the way it is. After all it is competitive. It adds one more bit of difficulty.
