What is the ahamkara’s and worms gods defining features and powers?
I’m specifically interested in what their powers ,related to them granting wishes and power, are.

5 AntwortenAhamkara’s power seems to be, at least from what we’ve heard, immense knowledge that even sweeps into their bones, which can cause abnormal thoughts through contact, usually related to pride. The Worm Gods pretty much have a hot dial to the Deep, and can draw power from it. It is also shown that perhaps each unique Worm God has a different power, for example, Xol = Resurrection. I can’t quite remember if Akka’s power was ever mentioned, but it couldn’t be turning things into Taken.

4 AntwortenIf you cut a Worm God in half, you get two Worm gods.

3 AntwortenWell if we use Xol as a control group, they are really big, shoot lasers, and are incapable of pronouncing the letter 'p', especially at the end of other words like "deep".

3 AntwortenThe Worms can use the powers of the Deep, have throne worlds, and can take, I believe. We know Akka could and it’s hinted that Xol can, so I’m assuming they all can (even though the books of sorrow say Akka specifically holds the secret power of the Deep, the power to take). They can also grant the Darkness’s powers to other races such as the Krill. The Ahamkara can grant people their wishes, but at a price that probably just means death. They became part of the Sol system when the Traveler arrived. Their bodies have powers of the Light and/or the Darkness (hence their abilities) and the extra abilities given to Guardians that wear armor of their bones.
