The drop rate of exotic catalysts in the strikes is ridicolous
I did more than 200 heroic strikes and i got only 1 catalyst. This is ridicolous

I just got another catalyst today from a strike, the merciless one.

2 AntwortenA funny thing happened to me. Last night I was playing my Hunter outdoors in the EDZ. I equipped a legendary sword just for kicks (I never use swords) when the Worldline Zero catalyst dropped for me. I was excited until I infused it and the requirements said: "??? 0/100%" I have no idea what to do with it.

1 AntwortenYou ain't wrong! I've hit rank 55 with Zavala now and up until two weeks ago, I'd had none drop whatsoever. Now I've had 2 drop in 2 weeks, first was Coldheart at the end of the Nokris strike, and this week I had Sturm drop from a yellow bar Knight half way through... yep... the Nokris strike... rng is a bitch 99% of the time. Never had one drop in Crucible either

Ive done TONS of strikes and have not received one catalyst. Truth is I havent got a catalyst drop since the first one for Crimson 2 months ago.

I got the Ward Cliff Coil catalyst from Heroic Strike (The Armsdealer) and i screamed like a lil kid and got so excited. That really hasn't happened to me after TTK was released in D1. Exotic and Legendary drops aren't exciting anymore because of they drop like candy and have static rolls on them. Strike Catalyst are the only thing that gets me excited, like in D1 when u got your 1st Fatebringer, Black Hammer, Vex Mythoclast, Icebreaker and ofc. Gjallarhorn ;) But everyone has their own opinion, this just my own :) - Happy hunting Guardians!

I really don't know how you do it. Most of the strikes are so boring and the regular rewards you get from them are trash. Not to mention most of these catalyst don't do enough to change the true value of the weapons. Good for you for the grind but my God.....Zzzzzzzzz!

I have no strike catalysts and only one PvP catalyst which I will never use because it's the danm jade wabbit. I have all but given up in getting them. The strikes are no fun with the crap modifiers so why waste my time.
