Same reason they are ok with what bungie are doing its stupid specially with all the big games that are coming with free dlc

Nothing is free. All that changes is what is being sold, and who it is that being sold to. ...and the less aggressive the MTX scheme is in supporting this kind of monetization...the less content you get. Warframe gets away with it because it has 6 years of accumulated content...and one of the most aggressive MTX schemes in the business.

Guess only time will tell but that is what is being said by the devs all dlc will be free so they don't split the community
-
All competitive SHOOTER game developers want that. Because splitting the community leads to matchmaking problems and connectivity problems. So you split up the community, and you degrade the quality of the product you're providing. Therefore it makes sense for them to look to monetize some other part of the game. The problem is that this kind of monetization doesn't translate to other games. It didn't work with Destiny (Years 2 and 3 of D1....the community was unhappy with the amount of content MTXs only were able to fund). I don't anticipate it working well with either Anthem or The Division either. The amount of content that Massive was able to fund with their MTX was actually pretty minimal....and I don't anticipate that Bioware will have much more success. Digital Extremes has had success with Warframe for the reasons I mentioned earlier. But in its first couple of years, it was a horrible game.....it only got better over time as the backlog of content accumulated....and the MTX scheme got more and more aggressive.

I do get what your saying I'm just going by what the devs have said saying they will be adding new story making the map/world bigger new weapons and gear even if it's little bother and there still has to be better than what we are getting from destiny 2
there still has to be better than what we are getting from destiny 2
...and my point is----given my experience with other games of this type----no, it doesn't. The only game of this type that has really been successful at "free DLC" without the support of a very aggressive MTX scheme is Diablo 3. ...and Blizzard doesn't need it because it has 7 million World of Warcraft players handing them a billion dollars a year in subscription fees. Which is enough to fund the development of TEN AAA games.
