ARE WE THE OLDEST FIRETEAM EVER
My friends and I run together doing NF etc ... we have a combined age of 200 years ... I am 66, another is 61 and the other is 73 ... is this I wonder any kind of record ???

Just think Luke Smith got advice on game mechanics from his 4yr old nieces. Talk about clueless... Anyone that played a lot of destiny pve realized it was an older crowd with pvp being more in line with the younger needing to prove themselves. Bungo...

I’ve noticed this place is more diverse than others out there in a similar vein. Based on mindsets and not age, culture, gender or any other stereotype. What’s upstairs tells me everything I need to know.

Nothing wrong with it, my parents next door neighbor is 82 and plays WoW with his son and grandson. Personally the oldest person I’ve games with was 73, we did a BCNM fights together back in FFXI, dude new his stuff, that’s for sure! Doesn’t matter if you can’t walk or drive, as long as you’re hands work, you can do both in a game! And don’t worry about bad eye sight, that just gives you an excuse for a new 72” TV 😏

One of the friendliest and most helpful Sherpas I know is in his 70s and an accomplished photographer. That's one unique thing about gaming is that age really doesn't matter at a certain point. When I was a kid I remember having the pong game that was black and white and had two knobs on it. I thought that was pretty weird being able to remember gaming that far back. The only thing I don't like about gaming now is that everything is online and there's not a lot of good couch co-op games. That was a huge staple throughout gaming for the longest time and I really miss that.

Reminds me of back when I did a co-op stint at an old Microplay near me in highschool. There was this one old guy who was a regular and he'd always be grabbing the latest shooters or action games for his PS2. The man was in his 70's, and chill AF. That was a long time ago though, he could very well be dead now and I have no idea but even still, it's inspiring in a dorky, fun sort of way. Like I hope I'm still sane and able enough at that age to keep doing what I love :3 If you guys could post a clip of the 3 of you going flawless in Trials that'd truly be priceless heh, but I think it's pretty awesome that you're all able to hang out like that at all online and having fun together ^__^ doesn't matter if it's Destiny or whatever.
