This week at Bungie, we unleashed teams of six into Iron Banner.

Yeah this doesn’t help at all.
baiting the little 12 year old spamming every post that doesn’t agree with him
1 AntwortenI’m going to say it here right now, if this is implemented the way it was described you are going to put the final nail in the coffin of your game!

Bearbeitet von D-Von, Kell of Tables: 4/21/2018 10:06:52 PMHey Cozmo is there any talk on giving hunters a new class ability that isn't trash. I mean I love to roll around but why do Warlocks get a dash ability too? Are they the agility class too? Hunters need a new class ability that isn't shared among the other classes, like not a -blam!-ing roll. Titans can skate and shoulder charge as movement, Warlock get massive speed and can mid flight dash, and Hunters can roll. Oh yeah Hunters are really agility based aren't they. Oh boy they can roll and move slow meanwhile every other class has a form of dash. Real classy.

2 AntwortenLooks like this is a great move 👍

Sigh, this is just artificial extension of play time, it's like the Spongebob billetes bosses butcher with ligth levels, pointles. Bungie just put the carrot a few metters afar, it's the same carrot, the same track, and will be the same Guinea pigs running for that carrot.

1 AntwortenNew leveling grind sounds interesting!! I was a big fan of activities being difficult until you gained some levels then things got easier. Please though, if trials is to be a big part of reaching max level can we just go back to elimination with revive orbs. Keep it 4v4 that’s fine , but the thing that made trials so popular was elimination. The whole strategy of getting an enemy down then either guarding or baiting the orb was a game within the game. Now with snipers in their current state, this might open the door for some spectacular revive opps.

Bearbeitet von MYTHODICL: 4/21/2018 3:10:47 PM+Cozmo In the twab it said all IB weapons would be for sale but only 3 are and they aren’t rotating. Am I wrong to think they would rotate or would all be for sale? Edit: purchase isn’t the same as packages in case anyone wants to respond that way.

1 AntwortenSo... for these new "end game" changes... will trials and raids have new gear, or just the same looking gear with higher light?
-
13 AntwortenThis week at bungie we’re bummed people aren’t raiding enough or doing trials enough so we made it so progression will be incredibly hard unless you do the “raid” or trials
-
2 AntwortenWhat do you think about MULTIPLE CLANS Coz. How about we can be part of 3 clans with only on primary clan that gets rep and rewards. This would be great for pve and pvp only clans and players that like to do both. A lot of players have long time friends in their clan that are just not playing at the moment and will be back for the dlc drops. It would be awesome if we had other clans to chose from depending on who’s still playing without having to leave that original.

55 AntwortenLol BUNGIE WE WANT INCENTIVE TO PLAY CONTENT "Ok, raids and trials are now the best way to rank up. Not doing them will slow your progression." BUNGO WTF I ONLY WANTED TO PLAY BY MYSELF NOW HOW AM I GONNA LEVEL UP "...."
-
This week at bungie, we give you even more things you all have been asking for and you guys will still bitch and moan about it :D
-
You guys need to implement a system where being overpowered in terms of LL actually feels like you have a delicious advantage over enemies. Don’t just make us take less devastating damage from goblins just looking in our direction, make us take far less damage per ... say 10 LL above required level but also deal far more damage. Back in D1, if you ran VoG at level 26, you had to empty half a clip on a hobgoblin, once you hit level 30, Fatebringer would one shot the weaker enemies.....bring that sense of being a powerful space magic wielded back

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von GRAVEL: 4/20/2018 7:58:06 PMThis week at Bungie we unveiled a completely arbitrary progression system we will install via post launch patch to replace the one we left out of the game at launch. It is our hope that this progression throttle will hold back solo players as well as drive the existing player base into a bad grind of already released content as we surge forth strictly adhering to the completely inadequate D1 release schedule... IF THIS IS THE PLAN... I'll meet you halfway-- Can we please have raid matchmaking? Stiffer quitting penalties? and turn TRIALS OF THE NINE INTO A SOLO QUE ONLY PLAYLIST? Now all Guardians are on even footing. See, I took your incredibly biased system and I made it viable. Let's see who's whining now? Now. I'll challenge the entirety of this Community to a race to Max power. From every Bungie employee to Summiteers to friends,

2 AntwortenSo, you're walling off the PvE endgame behind a power level requirement that can only be surmounted by playing the endgame? But hey! Trials rewards gear up to max Light and is not Light level enabled. This will be the first Destiny release since vanilla I haven't pre-ordered. If I start seeing people tell others they need to grind Trials if they want to find a raid group, I'm done. You have carved up every bit of potential this franchise had and burned it on the alter of Trials. And I'm burned out waiting for you to course correct. I don't want to play Trials. And I don't want to run the same strikes I've run hundreds of times now a few hundred more times, either. I just want to play the raids and the occasional prestige Nightfall. You've taken my whole reason for playing and locked it behind an insufferable grind (almost exactly the same as the last time I did it), and made it even harder for me to introduce new players to the content so I could build up a roster of people to play with. Do you not remember "forever 29"? Do you not remember the complaints about the original infusion system in Taken King? I remember interviews where you talked specifically about learning this lesson. How can we be back to this again? Hope truly is the cruelest emotion.

Hey with the introduction of soft caps and slower light gain can you get the loot system to “know” which piece I need to raise my light level. For instance, if most of my gear is at 361-363 and my mark is 355. I don’t want to get another aeon gauntlet at the same light level as the gauntlets I have on.
Yes I understand there is already a ‘smart’ system in place but from my experience getting a 335 class item for my hunter and warlock took much longer than it should have.
Thanks.

8 AntwortenBearbeitet von saratniki: 4/20/2018 9:54:11 AMYou Bungie idiots!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Penalize solo players??????? if this penalizing leveling system goes into effect Bungie needs to reimburse/refund solo players the revenue they spent on Destiny 2....

1 Antworteni feel like the majority of complaints when it comes to power and progression revolved around the fact that power level is just a number and doesn't really mean much besides being a gate you have to reach in order to play the next level of content, and not this simple minded "i hit the level cap too easily, i want to be slowed down." if every enemy is scaled to your level there is no feeling of your power progressing, this shouldn't be hard to get bungie. also the fact that your power level means nothing in trials or iron banner is stupid. this is yet another example of bungie hearing what they want to hear and making changes no one really asked for.

4 AntwortenBearbeitet von Combo164: 4/20/2018 7:53:12 PMWe really need better ways to match make/ get groups together. MHW has just released their first "raid" style boss with multiple objectives needed to actually beat the boss. Simple objectives yes, but the ease of joining a quest is ridiculous. I recently did a raid in Tera that had auto match making, no head ache or stress to join a team. If we're going to make raiding be one of the highest rewarding game modes in the game, it needs to be more accessible. I know this has been brought up before during D1 but matchmaking really needs to be a thing or at least have a monster hunter style hall where people can post missions and people can join. They should also have the option to have join requests needing to be approved or not. This way people can view players before allowing them to join. Lastly I'd like it if we had simpler raids or activities. One reason I enjoyed my time raiding in tera and the raid style boss in monster hunter is the simplicity of the mission: stay alive and be able to kill efficiently. Saves the headache of explaining mechanics and such when all i want to do is just kill but still get solid rewards. PoE was kind of that style with bosses and simple objectives but it'd be nice if it was expanded on. Really surprised it didn't have matchmaking either. Now I'm not saying there shouldnt be raids with puzzles to solve, but I'd really would love to have activities where the goal isnt too complex. The main draw of doing harder activities should be the rewards themselves honestly, not the fact that higher light levels would be easier to acheive by doing them solely. Best example i can give was age of triumph in D1. I could hit max light from raiding but i didnt need to do a specific raid that i may have found more challenging for me, I preferred just doing VoG because it was easier for me yet the reason I'd do wrath of the machine was because of the rewards exclusive to that raid. Sorry for the wall, 4am and kinda just incoherently rambling. In short I'd really would like destiny to be focused on the loot rather than the level, unless its borderlands where my character and gameplay choiced grow the stronger i become. If i want to do a harder mission I'll do it for the rewards, not so my character level won't have a hard time increasing if i dont. Age of triumph allowed me to hit max so I'd have that freedom to have a somewhat easier time attempting the harder missions if i wanted to, due to feeling jealous because i didn't have a certain set of gear. Plus it no doubt allowed other people to try as well without being denied because they're having a hard time reaching a better light level.

If you guys implement Easter egg mission, and flavor to this game like Ubisoft does by listening to there player base this would be the best game. Your lack of imagination and making content exciting is so frustrating.

Bearbeitet von BlessTheMic863: 4/20/2018 4:38:16 PMNot sure the changes to leveling system makes sense. Hey guys the playerbase numbers show most people don’t enjoy playing our game so we’re going to make it so you have to play more to get to cap. Feels like maybe these changes should roll out in the Fall when we see what Destiny 2 should have been from the start. This will absolutely kill Solo players and I’m going to make a quess there are a whole lot of Solo players in the wild. Especially since most of our clans are MIA. Couple that with no match making for end game activities like the raid and Nightfall and we get Solo players being screwed. Nice job Bungo! Just release these changes with the fall expansion when the playerbase hopefully will see a revival or implement match making for the end game activities when you release these changes. Why are you trying to artificially drive up play time? Why do you Bungie over complicate things? Once again this demonstrates that you can listen all you want but until you learn to act properly on our feedback then it’s all for not.

Bearbeitet von MEGANAUTe: 4/20/2018 5:07:19 PMWe can buy all Iron Banner season 2 weapons with tokens? I don't remember seeing all of them there. Can anyone confirm, please???

29 AntwortenBearbeitet von Seraph: 4/19/2018 10:52:48 AMNot liking what I'm hearing about progression in Season 3. It officially happened, the hard-core have helped Bungie put the final nail in the Destiny 2 coffin with all their complaing about the lack of "grind". There's a "good" grind, and then there's a "bad" grind, we are getting the later. We all wanted more "meaningful" things to grind for ( weapons and armour ), Bungie's solution, make Destiny 2 more tedious to play.
-
2 Antwortensad part is they are basically penalizing anyone that choose not to raid or play PVP (trials)by slowing their progression. I personally don't mind it being harder, but a meaningless grind is just that meaningless. If I don't have something to grind for that actually IS powerful then there is no point in doing the grind. If I do difficult content I expect the reward to be equal to the difficulty of said content. Also the drop rate of ammo is sketchy at best. I did 3 strikes and ran out of ammo each time. One I had no ammo for any of my weapons. I had to use my super to kill some low mobs to get ammo. Either increase drop rate of ammo or give us back synths.

6 AntwortenBearbeitet von Bonito: 4/19/2018 2:17:06 PMa boring grind loop is a very bad idea FIRST you should address the "boring" and than increase the grind.

2 AntwortenBecause I have to play by myself I'm getting penalized. The people that I made friends with have all left the game. I come back every now and then with high hopes, but it's just over for me with this game. Yet another kick in the sacc. No hope for solo players.
