I saw a mom in two kids yesterday and her kid was yanking a dog on a leash and treating it terribly, it whined the whole time. So the mom is standing there witnessing this and all the sudden the dog naps at the kids and bites its hand. The mom freaks out and almost throws the dog out of the way. And tells her daughter “Dont worry sweetheart its not your fault, the dog should of let you do that”.
Then there was another occasion where I overheard two women gossiping about another one. One said to the other (with a clear sign of annoyance) “Oh my god, She like holds her kids accountable for their own actions”.......
Im mean what the -blam!- is this shit... Who caused it ??

2 AntwortenThe first part is annoying because it is a dog, and it can’t exactly speak to say “hey I don’t like this, please let me go for a moment,” so the kid completely deserved it. In fact, we take care of a stray cat who mostly lives in our backyard now, so we feed it and he hangs around. He’s pretty friendly, and open to petting after a moment. My cousin came down with her husband and her kid, who is something like 4-5, and this kid is kind of a brat. He never shuts up, demands what he wants, and yells and screams if he doesn’t get it. He’s also old enough to not be crying at night, every night, but he does. Anyway, he goes out to meet this cat, but doesn’t get out of his face, staying at most 2 inches away from him and blowing on his face, basically just annoying the -blam- out of him. The cat got fed up with it and scratched his face, one time. The parents were then suggesting that we put him down, pushing us to do so. The second one is a problem because kids do in fact know better. They are smarter than people think. They also know that they are spoiled at a young age and use that to their advantage any time that they would be getting in some sort of trouble, just by pulling a cute face from time to time. Why can’t parents see through this?!

2 AntwortenYeah its crap. I stepped in this ONE time and bought a dog from a stupid kid for $5. Gave her to my Aunt and uncle to take care of.

Wish the dog went for the mother instead of the child.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von U12070628: 3/5/2018 4:51:08 AMEver wonder why the previous generation complains about milennials, technology, and bad parenting when they’re the ones raising them and running the environment around them?

times have made people soft and weak. stricter parents were a much more common thing in the past then these days, it reflects on the children. but not just parents, teachers and your general enviorment aswell. you can't expect your kids to grow into responsible adults if you give them a charter all the time. those kids will only grow up to learn how to exploit your kindness instead of actually understanding their own wrongdoing.
-
2 AntwortenIt may be that it’s their first child so they are over protective. But a lot of the ones it because they don’t respect their children enough to hold them accountable. You see if you respect children, you’ll recognize that they know what they are doing and then hold them accountable. You can’t hold some accountable if you think they don’t know they are doing.

A lot of parents of my generation complete idiots.

2 AntwortenI used to work for a construction company. The home owners decided that visit the skeleton of their house as we were building it and brought there kids along. Well one of the kids got real close to the ladder I was working on. And the the mother shrieked and said “Like oh my god get away from ladders they are like bad luck and stuff”. Not a case of bad parenting, but I almost died laughing, I had to run off the site in order to not be rude.

It isn’t something new...you’ve noticed something that has been a trait of some parents for literally all of human existence and assumed that it didn’t exist prior to you noticing it. Nothing changed.

The latter one might have been being sarcastic. Geez, I hope she was.

2 AntwortenYet everyone is ok with throwing automatic weapons into the hands of kids like these the second they hit 18. Yet we wo see why we have a mass shooting problem in this country. Smh
