This game is beyond saving in my opinion, but if you even want me and many others to consider buying D3 then I just want Bungie to acknowledge what a mess this game is. At least that way I know you understand you screwed up, and plan on fixing it for the next installment. I’m sure many other disgruntled fans can agree with me that if you humbled yourself and apologized, it would go a long way.

20 AntwortenYou want them to humble themselves yet you are not humble yourself. Makes no sense.

Bore off

Oh please... no it wouldn't. Because just like every other statement they've made, it would be empty. Actions speak louder than words, and their lack of action shows their lack of giving an actual f*ck...

While it would be the professional thing to do, at this point it's too late. Nothing will ever make me a customer of this organization ever again. I don't care how cool that trailer looks or how many emotes and emblems they throw. What's done is done.

7 AntwortenAll this recent talk about nightfall strike scoring makes me want to puke in my mouth a little bit. Ew, running the same strike over and over to get a higher score? Vomworthy.
-
I don't want an apology, I want meaningful updates that align with what we've actually been saying we want. Any efforts they have on their priority lists that don't align with those things should be sidelined or at least put lower on priority. An apology would just be a courtesy and help alleviate a LITTLE bit of the sense that they're not listening, not alleviate it completely. Actions speak louder than words. We've seen other games turn things around, including ones haters here love to bring up at every chance to compare Destiny with something else.

The success this IP would have had if it took a different direction, in devising new ways to expand on the existing year 3 Destiny1with more playable area full of interesting landmarks. This while applying a game story for people to want to play over and over for years alike Halo. Short of them dumping D2 altogethere, people who played D1 actually played for not just the game but function. Even menu selection is simple to chose a daily, weekly,Nf...etc. Yet now Activision or Bungie feel like we dont see that we see how just always sending us to the tower is not to make it more immersive its for the companys benefit at chance that the player will pass Eververse. One big problem is that, D1 selector map had many more player friendly functions. Its more evident how D2 is a cash grab, while this not being the development team as much it is sad to see where the people running this show have no business being near a game. If it be otherwise, this game would not be in the state it is. Just reboot D1 add D2 make D3 and put everything from the tombship to the leviathon to all the planets location and moreeeeee and 6v6 pvp. Classi trials. More speedy closer to D1 perhaps a few bits slowed. Add both arsenals of weapons and make them gainable and upgrable like d1 .. cuz honestly.. for real... didnt you guys want to get this game to pros? Anyways. DO THAT all the raids all the maps all the strikes and ev3rything the people paid for thennnnnn... you expand on that. Unless Activision is trying to play some Stock games on the Market .. still For the developer code writters, we know you are just doing your job.. but you also possibly if ever heard of w word in schoool. ETHICs

5 AntwortenI remember all these post in year 1 of destiny but the live team turned it around so I’ll wait and see
-
Yeah well they can apologize by getting their asses in gear and fixing the game
-
Just like a woman.
-
Hope still lives
-
Good luck, they aren’t the apologetic type. At least not until it’s too late.
-
Even if they did all this. It's still empty promises. Wait for the Actual game to release, try the beta then decide. They could promise me the world but I'm not buying any of it anymore. I've been burned on D2 and for me to take a chance on any future installment before release won't happen. People should just wait and see. Not saying they can't make a good game but I'm tired of empty promises.

1 AntwortenNope. No,D3 for me! I’m out on Bungie. Activision’s on notice
-
They do not care about any of that. They know the community does not have the attention span to remember their outrage in the face of the eventual Destiny 3 hype.
-
Hate to say it man but this game is all part of the plan. Bungle just didn't think it would backfire this badly and it took me months to believe it. Once I heard Datto break it down in this video I knew there was no hope for D2 to ever compare to D1 in terms of content and reward mechanics. Check this out I highly encourage anyone attracted by the title of this thread to watch this video. We are the 2% that care, this game was created for the rest of 'em... https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=g24i44UlW0A

We have the roadmap. That should be enough. All is good
-
We’re listening. Keep the feedback coming. I’m definitely not buying Destiny 3 or anything else unless there’s something interesting to come to. Nothing in the roadmap says that’s happening.
-
-
I’d rather an update that made the game better than some sort of apology. Them saying sorry won’t make the game better or make d3 any better, so why waste their time?
-
You've more chance of tripping over Jimmy Hoffa.
-
1 AntwortenHopefully, the people building Anthem are reading these forums and integrating the comments into that game because Bungie sure as hell either won't or won't have them ready until year 3 of Destiny 3 (if there is a Destiny 3 at this point).
-
Corporate apologies make me cringe no matter what.
-
You know why it's not gonna happen? Because they still think they're right...
-
2 AntwortenThe fact that you’re still considering buying D3 proves that you’re willing to get spindled over and over again... don’t blame bungie, blame your intellect.
