Is the Telesto a Fusion Rifle without any range drop off? I have noticed that the bullets fired from the gun have range dropoff (I've seen the damage value as low as 3 and as high as 7), but the explosions that come after always seem to do the same damage. I'm here just to check if this is true. Also, can any of the damage sources (bullet/explosion) do precision damage?
