Incoming: Bungie.net Forum Post Requirements
Hello all,
Starting tomorrow, 2/07, some Bungie.net forums will be updated with new post requirements. These changes are planned between 10 AM and 12 PM PST.

As always, Private Groups are open to all for whatever experience you want to share with your friends, so long as it not violate our code of conduct. We are open to any and all feedback concerning Destiny and Destiny 2, but players who wish to contribute to the conversation will be required to have spent time in the game. Players who do not meet specified requirements will not be able to post or interact with threads on the forums in question. If threads are posted in the wrong forums in an attempt to circumvent these requirements, accounts will be subject to moderation by the Bungie.net Ninjas.

1 AntwortenI am all for more moderation on the forums, I am not a fan of its current state. However: Gaming and Off Topic you need to have D2 and reached the farm? That's bullshit. This whole thing to me is a lazy way to go about this. For whatever reason you guys can't or won't hire more manpower to monitor and moderate your own forums. Really you should.

If you made a quality product dark souls series, mgs5, breath of the wild, Witcher 3 etc you wouldn't face such criticism. Instead of facing the criticism and pulling development members from d3 to fix d2 quickly it wouldn't have gotten this far. Did you really think a yr long fix schedule would turn opinion? It's d3 full steam and we know it because of activision. You serve slop expect it to be recognized as such and thrown back. Bungie made the bed they don't want to lye in.

Most people in the Offtopic community don’t have opinions on destiny, and have never posted anything about it. Forcing them to play your game doesn’t make any sense when it’s literally a forum thats supposed to be about anything [i][u]but[/u][/i] your game. Bungie, you ok? Did you fall and hit your head?

9 AntwortenAll they are actually doing is applying the code of conduct (finally), and blocking the trolls and spammers who have no Destiny 2 linked account, by asking for minimal D2 play. Reaching the Farm is the 1st two missions in the story. That is 1 hr of D2 play at the most I agree applying that same restriction to OffTopic seems strange, but if they didn't all the trolls and spammers would just move there
