Like what do they earn from throttling faction rally rewards? Nothing. They obviously understand the community wint like it, so why? Same applies to no new weapons. Its just stupid.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von gallp13: 1/20/2018 10:30:23 AMFACTS ABOUT FACTION ARMOUR GRIND All these posts weeping about excessive grinding are another overblown popularist rant feast. Played for a few hours and have 1 FWC armour set hunter plus all mods active 1 NM. armour set Titan plus all mods active 1 DO armour set Warlock plus all mods active This was easy and fun to grind. Heck did it while having a little libation with clan mates. All this crying and wailing about excessive grinding is a load of horse dung.

2 AntwortenInstead of Bungie releasing another generic apology, why dont they just release an overall umbrella statement that Luke Smith's vision of static-rolled weapons and throwing money at the screen has been a complete failure and D2 will start heading back to what D1 ended up being? Instead of 'we are listening' they should just say 'we failed by making too many drastic changes'.

2 AntwortenIf they tried to kill their own game we'd have a greatest game ever. What ever they try the opposite happens.

I'm convinced EA has plants within the studio, there to sabotage the game, driving people away so that Anthem can welcome them in with open arms. #satire

1 AntwortenYes, they get paid regardless. They don't care.

From what I understand from their renegotiated contract with Activision, the plan is to trickle feed us new content and try to push Eververse more, so no I don't think they had planned this, they have just tried making things easier on themselves and screwed everything up
Is bungie intentionally trying to kill their game?
Ask yourself this. What AAA gaming company in their right mind that had one of the top games out, meaning D1. Would make a grunt that didn't know WTH he was doing lead. Let alone lead a new team that didn't have a feel for the game for the sequel?

Monster hunter isn’t

Why are people complaining about faction tokens? I don’t agree with Bungie all the time but I think they made the right move. What’s so fun about collecting 500 tokens without barely doing anything? I basically maxed out 2 factions on 2 characters doing public events. It didn’t take a lot of time

If thats the truth. Then the secret truly lyes with the devs. Shhhhhhhhhhhhh.

I can't agree... not enough hashtags to follow.

They just want all of you to use your disks as drink coasters while you play another game.

Destiny 2 was 50% just irritating and 50% heart-pounding fun. They aren't creative enough to actually build a difficult level, so they just put lots of bosses and really strict time limit on the regular adventure and call it Trials of Nine or some such other bullshit. Though Leviathan was very creative, hats off to that level designer. It's the buggy net server that causes me to move on, and the fact that there aren't enough players left to put together a decent fireteam. Deleting D2 tonight and on to either Witcher or Ark Evolved, or maybe both.

1 AntwortenBungie: We were caught secretly throttling XP gains so we "fixed" it. Lets try to sneakily throttle Faction Rewards!

4 AntwortenLONG READ... IF YOU GOT THE TIME? But point must be made... as does everyone's Totally agree. The weapons they did give in previous rallys offered little to zero variety (i.e reskins and boring perks that didn't affect overall gameplay in persuit of the casual playerbase), throttling farming methods (by the by Bungie, this is meant to be an MMO game as well as an FLS. For the record...MMO games HAVE FARMING! It's part of the grind!), AND offering little to no new rewards from it all (heart broken, dreams shattered). I hate to have to bust Bungie's balls but I'll say this, I love Destiny. Plain and simple. Like most people who still play it but this new update for it regarding all the shit that had happenned so far, I don't want it to die. Seriously! I LOVE IT! I've met some of my bestest friends for life through your game, Bungie. I'm not sure how much you know that means to me but everyone's leaving... and I'm sad 😢. Listen to our words. Listen to our concerns. We hate because we have reason, and that's not just me. I tried my best to defend D2 as fun. It was... for a short while... buy all the stuff that we loved and adored about D1 was in the end of its 3 years it was purely defined as itself. It stood alone and accumulated millions. But what has happenned with your sequel (that NO ONE asked for) is, to me, you took advantage of us. Opportunity you couldn't deny took its filthy hold... We don't forget that shit so easily. And we find it even harder to forgive it. Your players will drop, bit by bit til there are no numbers left. The countless times you'd improve your communication with us and even when you did you gave little to zero details, drip fed us content over extensive periods of time and promised forever, yet never delivered. Understand, please. We are BORED! I swear I hate to rant on this game because it love the franchise so much from the former, but PLEASE! Stop this madness!! Whatever has changed you guys from what made you solid to turning liquid please rid yourself of this cancer. I want the Bungie I know back. I want the Bungie I know who brought me Vault of Glass, Heroic strikes with scoring and modifiers, truely outstanding Exotics and rerollable guns, Hidden secret quests and armor perks worth grinding for, incredible raids that utilized fun factor instead of drag factor (by the by EoW is definitely a step in the right direction) and the lack of microtransaction RNG bull infuriating everyone. . . But... . . ..... I guess it's all working as intended? Correct me if I'm wrong.

I feel kind of bad for the unsuspecting, innocent employees there. The future looks a little unstable by today’s measurements.

14 AntwortenBearbeitet von Grzzldgamer: 1/19/2018 5:00:59 PMThey're doing what they're doing on purpose in order to weed out the players that are too smart, too demanding, holding Bungie accountable, and that demand actual quality goods and services from their hard earned time and money. Bungie is happily keeping the left over players as their core fan base so they can increase Eververse sales, sell DLCs with minimal content, and have a complacent and doe eyed fan base that accepts the slop served to them without worry of them having backbone enough to leave or complain. Basically they want all the brain dead suckers to stay.

Of course it is stupid. There the magic rule of 2 for all game developers. There are 3 things critical for game companies: -Game Design -Programming Skills -Good Marketing The rule is no game company can have all 3. 2 is max. Bungie already have the marketing and programming skills, so be thankful to them that the game design sucks. If it wouldn't it would break the rule of 2 and distrupt the universe, further causing the spawn of the black hole in their headquarters and we all would die!

Looks that way

20 AntwortenBearbeitet von MindExergy: 1/20/2018 1:09:30 AMI don’t think it’s intentional. I really think they misjudged their audience. And never listened in the past and it’s biting them in the ass. I never asked for nerfs. Just buffs. If shotguns are becoming dominant they should’ve buffed close range weapons like hand cannons and autos. If snipes were dominant. Fix the I land two headshots with my scout and still get domed phenomena. Or learn to play around snipers. Learn to peak corners. Slide into them giving them no shot instead of peaking your head like a bozo on a hard scoper. It’s the unskilled that ran into the skilled that would pollute the forums with salt. And in typical bungie fashion their solution as always was to nerf. The movement and speed of d1 made for exciting pvp. The cheap one bangs could always be countered if good. Playing with a shotty was all about your movement and awareness. Not aping owning everyone. It’s certainly not also the campy cheese of d2 shotgunning. Shotgunning was a skill in d1. After HOW when many weapons received buffs we then had counters to thorn such as red death. Everyone would log on to test out the new buffs. Bad juju and red death every where. Mida was always good. Hand cannons were good. Messenger/Hopscotch were amazing. Shotguns didn’t blank at close range and snipers felt so smooth. Guess what when primaries were dominant no one complained about special weapons. They did it right long ago. Titans had T. rex arms and warlocks could map you with a melee. Their solution. Give titans a huge damage melee. To reward them for the ability to close the gap. Yeah sure they didn’t have the same melee range but they each had strong melees. They were unique. Titan skating. Oh how I miss you. Now we have nothing but nerfed abilities. Weak nades. Weak guns. I mean why is a hand cannon a 4 shot kill just like a scout. Why are almost all scouts 4 shot kills. Why do pulses suck? It’s almost like they put a random number generator to determine the damage of the guns we will use and hoped for the best. I also can’t stress enough how getting dupe weapons is the most boring thing I’ve ever experienced in destiny. People loved sights like oas, oes, ors on their scouts and pulses. Where are those? People loved ambush and shortgaze snipes. I would grind every week for a god tier ldr. Where are those. Oh on blues. This game is garbage and as soon as I realized I’m playing for shards I quit. Months ago. Year 1 player 6 characters on two accounts and never stopped playing. I always had something to chase in d1. D2, dead after 3 weeks. After my 100th public event. After my 100th shitty perk weapon. That’s d2. A pile of powerless trash and repetitive gameplay with no unique rewards.
