You do know the UN basically does nothing right ? Mostly all they do is write letters to nations on the naughty list . You should do a holiday research project on what they actually do . Haiti, yeah I’ve been there and Dominican Republic multiple times. Part of receiving aid means cooperating with said aid which Haiti didn’t do. They were volatile and tried robbing and fighting the UN on multiple occasions. They tried, if you want to point fingers at what happened to Haiti, start with the United States and their economic hit men that bled them of their resources for not playing political ball.
