So on November, after a certain patch I couldn't do jack without getting disconnected every 5 mins and enemies not spawning, followed by CABBAGE, BEAVER, or LETTUCE. I tried about everything, Port forwarding, DMZ, Resetting, 2 different ROUTERS (not together) in bridge with gateway, different DNS settings, and so on. Now the fix that somehow worked was playing a different game. I played Cod: Infinite Warfare and came back, and it fixed itself. I'm guessing since both games have the "Demonware" program for netcode, IW opened something Destiny 2 couldn't. Try using a game with Demonware and see if it fixes it. It worked for me but I don't know if it will work for someone else. Just try it. I'm on Xbox one by the way.
