So... People cry out and complain for 6v6 do they not realize the team teamshot they oh so loath will just be even worse? Seriously all it would take is the entire team shooting you once with MIDA. They'd pretend like its golgoroth challenge and just run circles around you shooting you in the back.

Mida isn't so tough. I refuse to use it and usually come out on top against people who do. If you have enough skill and a strategy, you will be fine.
-
I was using it as an example since this was the most used primary before CoO. Mida has the fire rate with a high enough impact that the team just has to shoot once then move to the next target. Same goes for nameless midnight and most other Sr or Hc

You speak the truth
-
So if 6v6 will promote more team shots, how come no one complained about teamshotting back in D1?
-
The way things were balanced made for a Rambo style in D1. We had grenades that would kill in 1 hit and recharge in 20 seconds. Guns that only needed a few shots to kill. You had secondary weapons that could kill in one hit
-
How do explain the teamshotting that still happened when everyone had Prometheus Lens?
-
One people are creatures of habit, team shooting is still the current meta. It was still only one overpowered gun. We still don't have ohk grenades, and supers up 3 times a game.
-
The kill times were shorter that's why,....They need to make the kill time shorter again and make it 6v6 .
-
OP weapons
-
Or is it the fact that having more teammates helps. Being able to spread out forces the enemy to focus on multiple spots rather then watching one spot with a group.
-
All the D2 weapons are so weak. D1 you had real guns. Everyone was lone wolf. Now we have work as a team I like that
-
Ok, Prometheus Lens. Overpowered weapon, but teamshotting was still prevalent. I’m sure that even if weapons were more powerful, teamshotting in D2 would still happen.
-
Nice deflection .....D1 had overpowered guns D2 underpowered
-
While it is another factor, I’ll agree. 6v6 still didn’t promote teamshotting. Having the ability to have your team spread out was an advantage, instead of traveling as a group, more people split up. And teams weren’t able to focus on one spot to shoot, they had to focus on multiple enemies, so, there was no point in staying as a large group.
-
Did not have we had thorn
-
Ok, work on that sentence structure. Also, what does Thorn have to do with teamshotting?
-
Are you serious
-
So was teamshotting a problem in D1 as it is in D2?
-

Bring back D2 primary target time to kill of 0.9 seconds too instead of 1.2+ current.
-
All it takes now is the entire team shooting you once with mida... derp 4v4 inherently promotes team shooting, we saw it with the SWEATY players in d1 but it didn't run 1/10th as rampant
-
We had strong guns in D1 D2 guns are weak as hell
-
So with people now being used to team shooting, what happens when you add four more to the mix? This would be another team entirely (wouldn't mind 4v4v4).
-
You're acting like destiny has never experienced 6v6 before lol and that team shooting did not exist in d1
-
No I'm not. Ttk was increased in d2 which encouraged team shooting to kill faster. D1 team shot same concept. While it was in D1 it was under used. (in my experience) It was only ever used when someone on the opposing team activated a super.
-
There were sweaty teams who did it all dsy, especially in the sniper meta where teams of 6 would literally sit in a corner together and not move all game And yes the increased TTK is a factor as well as people are scared to go off on their own, we saw a TINY bit less team shooting in the laser tag weekend, a little
