Enough outcries happened to make Bungie change their mind about the paywall so now we should make enough outcries for 6v6 to come back.

13 AntwortenIts coming back in D3, but only if you order the deluxe, prestige golden 'dil do' edition. You get a free 'dil do' dance emote so you can show every1 at the tower how little you like money. Its the exact same as D2, thank god/Deej, but they bought back the grind by introducing this amazing thing called 'light' You have to store it up on patrol before u do raid or strikes..if u want to do 40 min raid, you need to collect 40 minutes of light on patrol. Adds great tension when your about to get raid loot from killing the final boss but get returned to orbit cos ur guardian ran out of light! Luckily you can just buy it for silver...phew. This is 100% true, Id show you my copy of D3 but i cant eject it until i buy the DLC Id reserve your copy quick though its freaking awesomeeeeee Cosmo can u send me some lube? cheers

I haven't played Crucible since the first D2 Iron Banner and its because of 4v4.
-
-blam!- NO, even now the pvp is pile of shit and 6v6 would be even worse

There is no reason 6v6 will play out any different than 4v4. Team shooting will still be the gold standard. The only reason it wasn't as pervasive in D1 was because of snipers, as well as increased supers and grenades (all the stuff we complained about in d1). 6v6 in D2 would just be 4v4 with more lag.

1 Antwortenas much as i would like it back, their reasoning behind 4v4 is sound. bringing back 6v6 will only bring more lag with it. their terrible P2P crap system can't handle the extra players. this community needs to think more about what they want, before crying for it. 6v6 will only make PvP worse.

Bearbeitet von pushy: 12/13/2017 2:35:34 PMIt might be complete chaos because of the extreme team-based shooting that destiny 2 brought on, but it could be very fun. Bigger maps for this would be needed. I’d just like to see 6v6 classic clash and control, then also mayhem clash.

Eww, no.
-
2 AntwortenNope more lag and longer wait times
-
I don't understand how they made big team battles which were so fun and chaotic 10 years ago. Then give you 4vs4 and use it as an excuse lol
-
12 AntwortenJust no ....6v6 you would lose the match and have jerk saying look at my kills. As he never cap a point and hid in back sorry never going back to that
-
I wish it was back
-
2 AntwortenIt's going to be a urines gift chaos it will make it even harder to face off 6 ppl holding hands 😔😣
-
1 AntwortenI do miss 6v6 and also wish they would bring back big maps and maybe an 8v8 gametype. They were on the right track with combined arms in d1 but the maps were too big for 6v6 in my opinion
-
2 AntwortenNo not really.
-
2 AntwortenDownvoted because what real difference does it make if it's 4 dudes sat in a corner with Uriels or 6 dudes sat in a corner with Uriels? with the game balance as it is, even high level players struggle to make monster plays which forces most people to never leave their team mates sides for fear of getting steamrollered. seriously, think about it. unless the way the game plays is changed dramatically, going back to 6v6 will make the game more boring, not less.

2 AntwortenBearbeitet von BEH0LDiTzSAM: 12/13/2017 12:35:56 PMAlso -blam!- this mercy rule bullshit. All it seems to be is, one team destroys the other for half the game, then they use up all their supers, and right when the team getting destroyed finally gets their supers, the -blam!-ing game ends. So god damn annoying

Re-tooling Crucible to be 6v6 is going to take a lot of work, something I know none of you kids have thought about.

I personally can’t stand tiny strategic, slow 3v3 or even 4v4. In Destiny the 6v6 was most fun. One of my favorite shooters from back in the day was Resistance Fall of Man, the campaign was co op, the story was great, and in pvp they had made the most AMAZING maps and their design of those maps were meticulously thought out around their game’s gun play. The pvp games were huge and so much fun. I can’t quite remember but close to 12v12 maybe? I am not sure if it had dedicated servers or not but it never suffered from too much lag and the gun play was ahead of its time. I think making Destiny’s pvp smaller just because they decided NOT to go with dedicated servers was a poor excuse. You don’t limit player choice in pvp because it can become stale for people quite quickly. Having different modes in pvp and the freedom to choose those modes in D1 made that game engaging and it is missing in D2. Since they still have p2p there will always be lag and there is no point to not having 6v6 again. 4v4 lags too, so... No point.

I hate 4v4

Bump....

I don't really play crucible but sure why not

2 AntwortenYay 6 players teamshooting. I cant wait for that! Great idea!!
-
I'd like the option at least. Not sure if the game is coded to handle it, though.

1 AntwortenDefinitely! I loved D1 6v6 where playing as a lone wolf could be great fun!
