for realsies. for all the problems plagueing the game right now, i blame nobody butt 'the community' (i cant even blame bungie for listening to them because that is at the end of the day a good thing). hopefully bungie realizes that they just gotta go with their gut and honestly go back to the way things were in Y2, TTK. think about it; it had the best balance of progression, grind, events, and incentives.

The indecisive and 'hardcore' fans who think that just because they played D1 they can lord over everyone and their points are the only valid ones and the WORST part are the folks who follow them JUST SO they can look like they're hot shit and 'cool' instead of sticking up to them.

We wanted the Suros Regime to be turned down a tiny bit. They made the whole weapon class basically unusable. The problem isn‘t the community, the problem is their incapability to fix things the right way. That‘s why D2 is a steaming PoS instead of a better Destiny.

People on these forums are always gonna complain about something. The thing is people are actually not playing anymore because of some of the issues we are addressing. People aren't complaining because they like to complain. This time something actually is wrong

These forums don’t know what they want, three years of careful study and interaction have taught me this. You give them something, they realize they don’t want it, you take something, suddenly it was a symbol for all goody thing’s in Destiny. Never changes. The best example of this was Titans, big demand for a PvP viable Titan class, Defender just wasn’t good enough and Striker is Striker. So Bungie made the Sunbreaker and it last a month before they nerfed it because PvP players (Gunslingers) didn’t like the idea of a new Power base for Titans. Losers.

Bungie should just take the forums down and make the game in the vision that they see it with no community input. If they want feedback from the community put a message board in the tower where players can vote on bungies ideas.

It's a confusing game that tries to fit every genre. It excels at nothing.

People are complaining about the token system, not RNG rolls on guns. People are sick of getting *surprise* duplicates. Random rolls create something to grind for and keep people coming back. You kinda contradicted yourself "We want D1 back" proceeds to cry about reskins from D1 and it not being a sequel but more like a DLC just because it has the same enemy types and elemental types. (Lol what sequel doesn't have virtually the same enemy types?) People want D1 back because pf how much of a mess this game is at launch and D1 is vastly better game. But yes it is a sequel, but why are there so many reskins? If there are so many, then why arent there more weapons in the game and it just shows the laziness of bungie when weapons have just been given a new name and a fresh coat of paint "We want the old weapon system back!" But you were crying for three years about special ammo and how those guns were too strong in PVP... and you cried when they nerfed special ammo. You cried for more primary gunfights. They designed the whole game around the new weapon system and all enemy health reflects it. Same with the toned down abilities you all whined about for three years as being too strong. People were crying about it in PvP so why should the PvE be affected? Its a PvE game first and should not suffer because bungie cant balance PvP properly.And people only cried about the special nerf because of the weapons that bypassed the nerf. Point is we contradict ourselves and half of the community wants different things. You really think they will do a massive overhaul to the weapon system and enemy health and completely redesign the game when it is likely still pissing off almost half of the community that prefers the new weapon system? (That half being the ones that are already sticking around longer because they aren't as butthurt?) Use logic guys. If we can't agree on these forums why are they gunna put massive time and effort into changing it when the change will just sway the argument a different way. They have spoken about the changes they are making which sound alright and they will have more to come. The ones you are asking for now are ridiculously unrealistic. But you feel free to go offer to work 50 hours a week for a bunch of childish fans if you want. If customers at most normal companies acted this way we would tell em to -blam!- off. There are multiple groups of people that play this game. I can tell you that the "masses" are casual gamers. I have friends that complain about this game on a daily basis but have 800 hours on it already. Then I have a lot of people that are happy with this game that have only played a hundred hours or so. I'm happy with this game, I think we should have more of a choice of how we get gear and what we get but that's bent changed, so I'm happy about that. My other hope is that when we are max power, we get max gear and weapons to drop in end game modes. Nothing pisses me off more than running a nightfall and getting a 294 blue. We can't all get what we want to the T. It's just a game after all.

Why complain to the rest of the forums about a select few changing their stances on these matters? The majority of people here are just expressing their opinions. Since its a forum, these opinions are likely to contradict. This post achieves nothing other than the fact you'll post about whining and complaining instead of doing something about it. You're preaching to the choir bud.
