Make pvp fun. I want to hulk smash people multiple times per match and use cool ass overpowered weapons. -blam!- balance. While you are at it, make Iron Banner fun again too. When in doubt, look at Destiny 1.
Make Raids more casual friendly. By this I mean don't make each section require that 6 players all have to know what to do. The best thing about Dark Below and even VOG was that 3 or 4 experienced players could pull a couple of lower level casuals through the raid. This allowed people to enjoy themselves and not get pissed at the couple of people who were learning. We used to raid 3 or 4 times per week and enjoy bringing in newbies. Now its hard to find people who want to bother raiding at all.
In short, make Destiny 2 fun like Destiny 1 was. Hope that helps.

I agree with the Raids. D2 raid so far is a mechanic hell, always fighting with clan mambers when teaching others. should be more fun then anything.

Do both, hard mode/normal mode. People should not be discouraged from bringing new players into a normal mode raid.
