[An enemy standing behind a wall right next to a tethered enemy would also tether them] TITAN: EXOTIC HELMET Name: Proven Wrath +1 Mobility +3 Resilience Exotic Perk: (Waves of Chaos) Fist of Havoc R2 ability now takes much more super energy, but creates a significantly larger shockwave.
