Can we like... Throw three at once with a spread similar to Genji from Overwatch? Just so when you want to melee someone but you throw a knife instead there's a better chance of it connecting? It's so disorienting and tilting when you throw a knife accidentally. It absolutely does more bad than good for me as it is incredibly rare to kill anyone with it, while other melee abilities that increase range or do AOE damage are so consistently good and useful... In Trials I find myself throwing them randomly at choke points like grenades because I'd prefer them to be on cooldown than screw me up in a close quarters fight.
