<Collective Effort> is a clan in Destiny 2 (North America) focused on taking on end game content together. We have two sides... We have a very competitive / hardcore side which focuses on taking down prestige raids as quickly and efficiently as possible and getting as many flawless trials runs as possible. We also have a more casual side and we respect that not every one has the time to be hardcore.Even if you just simply want to play the game and have fun without stressing over min/maxing or the number crunching... that's fine! However outside of raids we still enjoy doing all sorts of things together, PvP, Nightfalls, Prestige Nightfalls, Event Farming. We do everything! This isn't an "Elitist Asshole" type of clan, Absolutely none of that behavior will be tolerated. [i]Respect[/i] is the most important part of this clan. At the end of the day it's a game and we want to have fun! Our goal is simple. It's to experience new and challenging content Destiny 2 has to offer as soon as it becomes available, and to clear it as quickly as possible. We enjoy having fun, and talking in discord just doing any of the games activities together. [b]These are things I expect if your apart of the [i]Raid Group[/i][/b] These do not apply to normal members, only those who wish to be apart of the main raid team! - First off, Discord. This is mandatory. All of our communication will be through discord, It is an absolutely necessity. - A working Microphone and stable internet. - Be Respectful, Be Punctual, Be Reliable - At least 90% Raid Attendance, It's cool if you have to miss a few raids every now and then, But if it becomes regular we will just find some one who will show up to replace you. (Raid Times posted below) - I also expect you to do your research, and always give your best effort when we are playing together, Our goal is to accomplish all of the content Destiny 2 has to offer "quickly" and efficiently". In order to achieve this, All of our raid members should be looking at things they can do to improve themselves as a player, or help the Clan in general. Mistakes happen no matter how good you are. I also can't stress reliability enough. You could be the best player in the world, but if you don't show up you're wasting your clan mates time and that will not be tolerated if your apart of the main raid group. Showing up prepared and on time is extremely important and shows that you respect your fellow clan members time. I don't care if your power level isnt the best right now, or if your new to Destiny as a whole, so am I. I don't need you to be an expert right off the bat either. I just want people who will strive to improve and dedicate themselves to helping one another and be willing to work together to achieve great things!
