[b]Hunting Quest[/b]
[u]Time: night on a blood moon
Location: woods[/u]
[i]A rouge pack of werewolves has been seen skulking out the local villages lately snagging any victims not lucky enough to be inside on such a night. But these attacks have picked up lately in the last few days a few brave villagers fearing for there safety braved the woods on such a night too. In some effort to try and get help. the only survivors is a young mother and her young daughter who barely old enough to speak she's that young still.
If any was in the woods this night they be able to hear this young mother running through the woods crying out for help.
"someone please help us."she shouts
as the young woman ran clutching her young child to chest protectively.
The woman could hear them coming after her. She can hear the snapping of brush and the clear sound of howling getting much closer. The woman manages to climb a large tree as high as she can manage with her child in her arms. She does get high enough up there with enough time to see three very large werewolves circling the tree trying to get but they too high up. But the sight these creatures terrified the little to point where she starts to crying quite loudly alerting anything nearby. The mother just looks down at the ground in fear as she sees them down there waiting for her and child. She looked around in a vain attempt to see if anyone was near. [/i]

It was dead silent, but without even a hint at what was to happen the crack of a revolver filled the air. It seemed Alexis's silver plated bullets would come in handy after all. Gun smoke came from the bushes before a hasty rustle could be seen going in not one but two ways. Did she perhaps have backup with her?

[i]the woman watched from where she was in tree. The three werewolves that were there turn towards the noise. They could be heard growling as they scattered to the left and right. The woman felt her jump a little when she first heard the gunshot. [/i]

One rustle simply led to an rock. She intentionally tried to split the pack up as the other half ran into her hurling a fist full of silver plated knives their way.

[i]it did work but the first werewolf got hit some knives cause it to bleed and whimper with pain. It's large hands weren't capable pulling them out. The second was trying to sneak around behind her in attempt to attack her from behind. The young woman in the tree seen all of this and wonder if she would be killed. [/i]

Spacial awareness helped her be aware of what to come but with few options she took to using her chainmail weaved cloak to avoid an amount of the impact with the combination of her armor. Hidden behind the cloak she had her sword at the ready.

[i]the one in front of her lunges at trying to distract her as the other swung at her back.[/i]

She had a choice she thought. Deal with the threat behind her, or finish the one in front of her. She had a little trick she used to judge things like this. Just look at the shadows. The one behind her was relatively close, while the other one was on the charge planning to close the gap quickly. Her gun was still in one hand and she knew from the fact she only fired one shot there were another five still active in the chamber. She took aim from behind her cloak using the shadows as her sight and pulled the trigger sending a round of silver coated lead barreling straight for his skull as she prepared to trade blows with the other.

[i]this one dropped to the ground dead as the other closes the gap trying to bite her. The woman just watched the scene unfolding beneath her. [/i]

Alexis swiftly lodge her sword in the beasts mouth, turned the barrel of the gun in between the werewolves eyes and brought the hammer of the revolver down with the pull of a trigger.

She is looking down at the woman from where she is sitting on the sturdy branch. The woman looked like she had been through a lot that night as she spoke she still sounded afraid. "Miss in the village back that way there's more of those cursed beasts they would come after me but a unnaturally large black wolf with glowing red eyes jumped infront the alpha of that pack back at the village."she says [/i]

"And now Bob Marley is a dog..." She joked while she wiped the blood and grey matter off her gun. She took a second to realize her sense of humor was probably not for the best in the situation. "Whelp you know how it works, find somewhere safe and I'll see what I can do about your runt problem" She intentionally downplayed the situation to make it seem like less of a big deal. She knew it was probably a real sh_tshow but she would rather there not be unessisary panic aloft.

[i]"okay i will find somewhere to hide."says the young mother. She then carefully climbs down the tree with one arm free as her small child has a death grip on her clothes as her arm is wrapped tightly around. She didn't want to drop her child as she climbed down. When she did she ran off looking for a place to hide until it all blows over. At the village though there sure was a shîtshow as the sound of what sounded like two large dogs tearing each apart could be heard as soon as anyone get close to the village. This would be that wolf the woman mentioned taking on the head werewolf by itself. The wolf was for times the size of a normal one and had a collar around its neck. It was not a normal wolf though by any means but it was more interested in attacking the werewolf not people. [/i]

She popped the rounds back in the gun and swapped it out for her axe. Last thing she needed was every beast in the village hearing gunfire. At least she might have some backup Alexis thought as she made her way closer sword and axe in hand.

[i]she would be able to hear the loud noise of two animals trying to tear each other apart as barking, growling, snarling and the occasional yelp as the wolf continues to fight the werewolf not knowing she was coming here. But she would know that they were their for certain. [/i]

Bearbeitet von ALIAS-F4LS: 10/30/2017 6:53:10 PMShe took her chances siding with the wolf against wolves taking her blade and moving in from the back. When she was in range the took a swing and drew back, knowing the beast wouldn't just let her keep hacking away from behind.

[i]the werewolf had turned growling at her being distracted the wolf took its chance jumping up onto it's back to delivering a deadly bite to its neck. [/i]

"Huh" She looked at it almost casually. Red figured it would be worth cutting off a clump of the dead wolf's fur to see if the kill was worth any money to anyone if she were to get the chance. "Umm... thanks...?" Alexis said looking at the other one still not too sure what to think.

[b][i]The creatures heard a noise that would be unusual even to them. A loud noise, like a shriek mixed with a howl, very close. One might see snake like yellow eyes peeking through the bushes as a large, semi humanoid reptilian creature emerged from the bush, spikes of Ivory on its joints and back[/i][/b]

The mother is trying to calm her while trying to keep calm herself as she see the creatureemerge the bushes as the werewolves that followed them growl turning away from the tree to face the creature.[/i]

[b][i]It was clearly focused on the werewolves, letting out another strange somewhat howling noise as the spikes on its back flared up, the one son it's back and joints glowing a faint white as it did, clearly threatening the creatures. It stood about 7'2", black material covering its special bits as it stared down the creatures.[/i][/b]

[i]the werewolves growl themselves but they seem a little smaller than creature. They seemed to surround the creature like they were going to attack from all side. The young woman looked on holding her child still.[/i]

[b][i]The reptilian creature's tail swayed like a metronome, as it scanned the creatures. It spit into one's eyes, feeling like a thousand suns in the creatures eyes as it turned to another, dashing into it at ridiculous speeds, biting straight into its neck. The creatures teeth were made of the same ivory like material, razor sharp[/i][/b]

[i]the one fell to the good whimpering and clawing at its face the other didn't have time to react and third one turned tail started to run after it seen what it did to its pack mates. The woman knew exactly where it was running back to the village where the rest of pack was including the alpha of the pack. The woman seen this and shouts. "It's running to get the rest of its pack."she says[/i]

[b][i]The creature had already taken off following it, hurling another lob of saliva at it to slow it, aimed right at it's back. As long as most of it hit, she could catch it easy[/i][/b]

[i]it did hit making it yelp and slow down a little bit. Before it caught the werewolf though. It lets out a loud howl clearly its calling for the rest of it pack. Somehow it keeps running even though its slowed some. But little did it know its pack was currently being distracted by something esle at the moment as another howl a lot farther off answered it was same as the one this one let out. Its pack was calling out too for some reason too. [/i]
