I’m sorry, anyone who makes the claim that vanilla D2 should be compared to vanilla D1 and not the entire 3 year life span is a moron.

Thank you for using common sense my friend. I was under the impression it was a lost art. Lol.
-
Funny I think just the opposite that any one that thinks Vanilla D2 should be compared to 3 years of content updates in D1 is the moron.
-
Agreed. Such a stupid -blam!-ing argument lmao.
-
-
Because?
-
Comparing launch D1 to launch D2 is like comparing Launch Vanilla wow to launch Burning Crusade... makes no sense.
-
Burning Crusade is an expansion not an entirely new game learn the difference.
-
Because with a game like Destiny where things are of constant change you would compare its predecessor to how it held at its end not its beginning.
-
Well that makes no sense. D2 does not yet have the development, time and resources D1 had by it's end.

I hope you’re kidding me. Your way of thinking of why Devs can continue to screw over their fan base. Seriously, you are basically saying Bungie can do whatever they want because you will be pleased. In which case Destiny 2 is a gold mine an I can see why you justify it. However there are those that actually care about the game and the future of gaming as a whole. Your opinions are yours and mine or of my own, but just remember that side you’re standing on doesn’t care about you as a fan.

They still could have built upon the foundation they laid in Year 3 Age of Triumph
-
Wouldn't that be a D1 DLC then? Technology moves on. They can't just piling on code to make a sequel. Imagine the whining if that was the case.

Honestly, Destiny 2 feels like a DLC
