Every time I use Arc Staff, I end up running after people that are able to evade me by simply running in the other direction (even when I have pretty much maxed out mobility in every aspect). What means do I have at my disposal to catch up to them? Every move I have slows me down, attacking AND dodging, and simply running at them doesn't work when they're already decided that they don't want to be anywhere near you. We're supposed to be the fastest in the game, yet Strikers are the ones with the super speed and charge attacks. Arc Staff users NEED a mobility buff during their super, and the whole "stop and start" movement of the attacks simply shouldn't be a thing.
