I don't know why anyone is surprised. All Iron Banner guns and gear were reskins of other set weapons and gear.
Now if you actually took the time and looked at the spec of these guns, you would notice there specs are not like some of the other weapons. The AR is going to have the fastest fire rate for an AR in the game now. its fire rate is similar to the antiope-D and adjucator (for those who are unfamiliar, those are sub machine guns).
I am excited to try out the guns and see if the gear have different specs. Enjoy the game and have fun.

Roi iron banner were not reskins. They actually were different than d1y2 and y1 weapon skins. The weapons might be good but I'm talking about the skin and shader not perks.

I understand. I mean most of the guns right now are pretty similar design wise. Any of these guns can be "re skinned" with a new shader. The only main difference with the iron banner is the specs, and a wolf logo haha. Specs are all I care about. If the guns looks cool then its an added bonus to me.

Is it firing at 720 instead of 600? If it is 720 and kinetic then I want it regardless of it's stats and perks

600 isn't the fastest rate of fire an auto rifle can have, this guy doesn't know auto rifles then. 720 is the fastest, we currently have an energy AR firing at that and the unreleased dead orbit kinetic AR fires at 720 aswell

Oh you are correct. I thought 600 rounds per minute was the fastest. 720 is the fastest. But I dont use any of those AR's. But 600 is still pretty good. I mostly use 450 rounds per minute or I use a sub.

The Veist ARs are currently the only 720s, they are beastly though

I do like the valakydin. I dont think its the best in PvP, but I will give it another go. The gift is ruling the PvP relm.
