Leviathan raid is awesome and rewarding!

It's more efficient to level up by doing patrols.

Collected my tokens I'm 303 so went down to sweeper bot thinking good chance I'll upgrade my armour and hit 304/305 - like in previous raids 293 - I mean WTF!!!!!! REALLY BUNGIE REALLY!!!! So a helmet to add to my other 3 helmets and Inaugural address today go with my other two And that's the rewards for several hours of raiding Fkin so rewarding Bungie Can't wait to get back in there!

So......is the good loot from the underbelly chests or from sweeper not? Been to lazy to complete it and even lazier to google it. I saw a titan with a bull looking helmet so I figured it was from the raid.

1 AntwortenHahaha quite literally every encounter (except Calus) I sarcastically say "Oh hell yes, I freaking love coins bros (and rarely gals)" And in all honesty Benedict-44 has given me all of my raid drops which is kinda ridiculous.....

Well the update is coming to buff the clan reward. Soon you wont even have to the run the raid just have a mod ready drops will be 300 if you 305

1 AntwortenI seriously don't care about the gear. Gear is given out to you to easy. Sure it sucks when you get gear easily from everywhere and the raid drops you nothing. But hey they messed up gear drops in the rest of the game now the raid. What really bothers me is it's not even fun. You van one phase everyrhing Nothing has REAL tactics. Shoot that kill that melee that don't touch that. And the same phase over and over and over again. Claus shoots fore in one phase, that's the big feta change we got 😂😂😂😅 What a joke this raid is. And a side note, nothing in the game to grind for. All grindiness has been removed. Welcome casuals, see ya real players...

I don’t like this raid at all so far and I understand they were trying something different. A raid with one boss sucks making mostly all mechanics and taking away bosses was a mistake its real boring and falls flat for me.

Bearbeitet von FlamboyantSlowpoke OwO: 10/1/2017 10:09:50 AMI will forever hate Calus until they make it so that psions can't fire before they even spawn, honestly you can litterally see the purple fire ball charging up as their spawning and once they are actually shootable they've already launched it and wiped half your void team, also can we fix the glitch where after a wipe certain people can't spawn in and have to go to orbit, oh and also I forgot (so many glitches that even Crota has a run for his money) fix calus' wipe event, the thing shouldn't be able to kill us all when it's been taken down for a good 3 seconds and still continues. I could list a thousand other glitches with the fight but I think I'll go back to trying to get my first completion thanks [spoiler]cant wait for hard mode to introduce more psions [/spoiler]

2 AntwortenTL;DR : Leviathan raid sucks. Worth doing once, but very meh. Great concept. Heaps of potential. Shit implementation and crappy gameplay mechanics. The raid itself is lacklustre. Once learned, really not difficult. If you can't beat each encounter in 3-4 tries... well, your team sucks, or you've got a scrub that sucks and is dragging everyone else down with them. The new system of revive tokens and 30 second revive counter mechanic make it very unforgiving for N00bs and scrubs. Especially for a 'Normal Mode'. This in turn makes ppl like myself [b]not[/b] want to bother teaching randoms and N00bs. Too nerve racking and frustrating to do this with totally fresh, inexperienced players (especially those that never raided in the previous game). The rewards are few and far between and really not worth the effort (except the exotic shotgun. That thing is BEAST tier!) The armor and shaders are Gay. Seriously. Liberace, Elton John, George Michael kinda Gay. Not that there's anything wrong with being Gay... I just don't want armor that wouldn't look out of place in a Pride Parade. The weapons are mostly garbage too. The rocket launcher is worth keeping, but everything else is infusion fuel for me. VOG was 9/10. Crota 7/10. King's Fall 8/10 and WOTM a solid 8.5/10. Leviathan, in comparison... utter meh. Overall... it's a 5/10. Maybe a 6/10, but that seems too generous.

Like the weapons, enjoyed the killing and slaying. Over all I give it a 7/10, it's fun I enjoyed it. Problem I noticed with most people that do it. Everyone think it's an easy "I win loot" it's a raid, end game in other words it going to be hard. If you can't coordinate a team then don't bother with it.

The good thing about destiny 2 is that it has almost cured my addiction to play. In year 1 and 2 I played faaaaar too much. Year 3 a little less, and now we have this shell of what was once a decent game, I'm playing on a Tuesday and the odd game of crucible..here and there Thanks bungie for giving me my life back!
