Did not get a single message about it before hand or how long it would be and it has been over a week, the main issue i have here is i have not been told why and i had a look at all the reasons i could have been and none of them have happened to me explain this Bungie please otherwise i want my money back this is taking the absolute piss

You’ll need to talk to the retailer you bought the game from to discuss your refund options.

It’s usually a few months if it’s a restriction. Also the list of things you can get restricted or banned for doesn’t encompass everything. As for a refund good luck with that. Whatever you do, don’t issue a charge back.
