I think the Cold Heart weapon becomes available when you hit 20 at the gun smith

I have to get my gunsmith to level 20 to get it? Well that is gonna be a hell of a grind

Yeh In my instructions says that the ghost, Coldheart and sword will appear in the gunsmith at level 20 but it also says thats supose to start a download quem you insert and use the code :/
